Central location on the beach; huge buffet dinner; friendly service; modern exercise room overlooking the beach; comfortable suites; good connectivity to wireless internet. Buffet brunch and happy hours in the club room were over-booked; wireless internet access was not complimentary. I booked this hotel online prepaid on the night before check-in. This is likely why this hotel upgraded me to a club level suite with complimentary extras. So please don't take this as complaining too boldly that the complimentary happy hour and buffet brunch were overbooked and seating needed to be rationed. I was a little put-off when I was asked (politely) to leave the club room (twice) because no tables were available, but I reminded myself that I was upgraded.
Hotel Feature Tip : Get to the club room early if you have happy hour and buffet privileges.

On the beach,nice buffet,good location and clean rooms Not a place to go for peace and quiet. Haeundae is a very busy beach town during the summer season I stayed here with my mom and we had a great time. Most of the staff were friendly and the food was excellent.The rooms are clean and modern. It is a bit more expensive but you can find excellent deals on Agoda. I don't know if I'd pay their going rate , as it's a bit too expensive for the quality.
No real complaints. There are no balconies to enjoy, but still nice views.
The hotel leads right to the boardwalk where all the action is. You can find many kinds of seafood along the boardwalk. Also, each hotel has a special buffet event for the summer season.
Travel tip : There are a lot of ethnic restaurants nearby (Thai, Indian,Italian and so on) Also, the Busan aquarium, which is a 5 minute walk from the hotel, is really nice and has some intersting marine life.

Excellent location right on the beach..
Very nice view of the beach from the hotel room.
Rooms seemed a little worn down.
T.V. was rather small.
Hotel restaurants were over priced.
Location is great for the Beach but far from other attractions Overall I think the Novotel is a reasonably priced hotel for the location right on the beach and for its views of the ocean. The service was what one would expect but nothing spectacular. Restaurants were a little over priced but the buffet was nice. I would like to have had a better view of the ocean and beach while I ate though. The back of the Hotel going towards the ocean could be made to look a little nice. Its right on the beach but that means your also a distance from other attractions.
Restaurant Tip : Skip the hotel for eating your meals and just walk around the area a little to find more reasonably priced food.

Hospitality, and location The staff was very welcoming and could speak english very well. The hotel is centrally located near losts of shops and restaurants. Getting around was easy, as taxis are just outside the front door and will drive up to pick you up. The club inside the hotel makes for an relaxing evening. The room size was ok, and beds not to small, like most Asian hotels. Overall, the hotel was well kept and pleasant.
Nightlife Tip : Club inside hotel was ok, there are other clubs within walking distance.

Location was good excellent, easy access to beach, and restaurant. Mini-bar items were over priced. The price compared to other hotels were slightly higher. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room accommdations were adequate. Transportation to/from the hotel was outstanding, as the taxis were just outside the door and conveniently pulled up to pick you up. All the hotel staff spoke good English and made it easy for me to get around. A very nice and clean hotel, had a pleasant experience. I would stay there again.
Nightlife Tip : Club inside the hotel is very pleasant and welcoming. Nice place to relax and enjoy the conversation with locals.

Good location, great facilities, nice gym and spa and fantastic massage service. Spa usage should be free vice charging guest separate. Massage service is a bit expensive! They should include continental breakfast service with the room rate. Scale of 1 to 10 I rate this hotel an 8, could have been higher but they need a little bit more fine tuning when it comes to customer satisfaction. Rooms are good. Classy hotel just a little bit more attention to the needs of the guests. Other than that I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
Shopping Tip : Hotel is steps away from the duty free shopping area. Also, not too far from restaurants and eating places.

This hotel is a very nice hotel. The going rates for the hotel if you were to walk in would've been at least $300+. the rooms were nice and we had a view of the city but could still see the beach from our window.the staff was friendly and i had a positive experience here. the beach is right outside the hotel and just a walk away to all the amenities in the area. there is a club downstairs if you want to go for a drink. a casino at the hotel next door. i didnt go but i believe it was free access to the gym, pool, and sauna which had a great view of the ocean.

A hotel near the airport with access by shuttle. International hotel, clean and comfortable. Too much movement in the late evening and early morning. Visitor (airline type) very heavy.
