Clean rooms with stylish decorations
Great Location. The beds are very clean and comfortable with stylish decorations. Great for backpackers. Price is very affordable. Service is worth for such low price.

The guesthouse best suits backpackers who are traveling with low budget. It is located 5 mins walk from Busan station and there's a convenient sore located opposite the guesthouse. Do take note that there's two cats at the reception (level 3), they will walk around and smell your luggage. Our room is at level 5, all girls room. Toilets and bathrooms are shared, it might take some time to reach your turn if the guesthouse is full on that day.

It's a pleasure visit for me.
Near subway and convenient store. The room is small but CLEAN. The staff is nice.

The hotel is pretty convenient and economical. It nears the subway and train station (about 8 minutes by walking). There are many restaurants and the convenient store around. But, it also near the red-light district. (only 3 blocks) Girls should not going alone.
The staff in Sum Guest House Station is nice, but too bad they are not good at English. Sometimes, could not communicate with each other...
However, I might stay again if I visit Busan in the future.

it has all amenities needed in overnight stay, even contact lens solution and mani/pedi corner are there. good breakfast as if you eat ur mom's homecook meal. nearby there's a nice dwaeji gukbap restaurant. it's also walking distance to train and metro station.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
busan tower (yongdungsa park) and gamcheon cultural village are a must. busan seed pancake (hotteok) tops all the hotteok in korea. it can be found in BIFF

For those who appreciate art & design
extremely near Busan Station!

i didn't expect it's location to be so near busan station, which is so convenient to travel around although there's nothing much happening at night. staff is nice and guesthouse is quiet, so, it's good for those who prefer quiet guesthouse with not much partying.
Nightlife Tip:
Busan Station area is not a happening area, comparing to Haeundae or Nampo. So, for those who wanna party, this area might not be a very good idea.
