Location of Hotel nicely in a resort area Service at desk unsatisfactory , rooms below standard Our expectations - as compared with the published features - were not at all met. On arrival no help was offered with our luggage. The rooms - understood to be standard double rooms - were poorly equipped and unsatisfactory( no lamp one side of bed, light in cupboard could not be controlled and shined through sliding doors, so circuit had to be cut off by removing the card, carpet in room not clean due to a big spot of spilled liquid in entrance area). Desk personnel not service oriented. Even a shuttle bus was available transfer to station was turned down (only to find the bus at the station waiting for other guests) On arrival day dining room was closed and dinner was served in lobby.
