- very accomodating...we arrived at 2 am and were still able to get picked up and check in.
- lots of good eating areas to walk to
- hotel room was very cramped
we stayed at this hotel because we had a stopover in korea and our next flight was not for another 14 hours. we called several hotels in our price range and hotel sky was the only one to confirm that they could pick us up at the airport at 2am! Hotel staff was courteous and their English was quite good. Lots of good eating areas to walk to.

Not a good location for exploring the city
I called the front desk to confirm my reservation and they had someone who spoke English. I showed my reservation to the information desk at Incheon Airport and they called the hotel for me, and the shuttle guy came into the airport to find us 3 minutes later.
Friendly service and great price for someone looking for a cheap bed during a 1 day layover, but not a good location for exploring the city.
