Families with older children United States of America, January 05, 2013	Horrible hotel, rude front desk, no room wifi close to subway 4 they lost our towel and didn't even try to look for it. front desk was rude and they don't speak english. the towels they gave us had pieces of hair on it and the rooms were freezing.
Pui S. Solo travelers Singapore, January 01, 2013	Simple but Old Hotel Near to Train Station 5 The Hotel is near Baegun train station, but it is not easy to find. And although it is near a train station, there is nothing much to eat/see/do/buy near the hotel. There is only one convenience store opposite the hotel where u can buy simple stuff like water. Take Exit 1, and you will see a small building/mall with a mobile phone shop on the right. Walk towards the mall and take the flight of stairs on the left and you will reach the main road. Incheon Tourist Hotel is just across the road. Had to call the hotel a few times to find it, you will not expect its location just by walking around the train station. If u known the location, the hotel is really near, if not, like me, i had to walk in circles for 30mins in the cold just to find it at night. The hotel is rather old, the rooms and toilet are also quite run down. I didnt expect much cos I just needed a place to sleep for the night. Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: Take the train to the next station Bupyeong for more restaurants and cafes.
Adam D. Solo travelers Canada, December 09, 2012	Good Hotel, not great, Staff was very nice. Helpful and friendly staff. One or two minute walk to metro. Heated bed! 6.3 It's a nice hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and offered their help. The room was very cold when I arrived but after running the heating for a bit I was fine. I spent the first few minutes in the lovely heated bed which was heaven after being out in the cold. It's a stone's throw to Baegun station which takes you straight into Bupyeong, Bucheon, or Seoul. Cons: Although they do offer free wifi as advertised, it seems to be available only in the lobby. Although it was clean enough for my tastes, I know some people who would expect a little bit cleaner. Travel tip: There is not a lot to do or see at Baegun station. If you're looking for food or nightlife, hop on the train one stop to Bupyeong Station. There's much more to do there, and even if you stay late, it's a very cheap taxi ride home.
