Very nice hotel and kind people

The people were kind and friendly. They spoke english and the room was clean. The jacuzzi and sauna surprised us. Having arrived after a long flight and not speaking Korean, it was assuring being picked up in a van that had the hotel´s name on it. Then they let us stay in the room at no extra expense till 4 pm. The people were kind and helpful in letting us know where we could change money. There were lots of places outside the hotel to eat. It seemed like a safe place.

Lovely hotel for quick stop between travels

I was just staying the night in Incheon to go back to the airport the next day, so I didn't go into Seoul at all, but it being only a 10 minute drive from the airport was perfect. The shuttle took about 20 minutes to get there after I called from an information booth in the airport, but their directions about where to wait were very good. The English the staff speaks is also good. And the 10000 won for breakfast was well worth it, I found. I couldn't get the desktop to work, unfortunately. But the WiFi was fine.

Wonderful Surprise!
Great airport location, comfy room, steam shower, helpful staff, easy access to airport via hotel shuttle.

The hotel was very clean and the staff very helpful. They loaned me an electric plug adapter for free with no questions asked. The room was well appointed with a wonderful steam shower enclosure that helped send me into a wonderful sleepful rest. The morning airport shuttle was on time and a quick ride. If I ever need to stay near the Inchon Airport again, I will definitely stay at the Queen!!
Note: I did not have any food at the hotel, but the website would not let me submit my review without a number. I marked a 5 so my rating would not negatively affect the overall score for the hotel.

We were only here for the one night before flying out the next day. Great room to relax in with a spa bath and steam room. Plenty of food outlets close by as well as the Lotte Department Store. Friendly attentive staff and free shuttle to the airport the next day.

It is a recommended place to stay for those who have an early flight to catch. The distance from the airport is very near i.e. 10 minutes bus ride. The hotel provides shuttle service that runs every 1 hour. The room is so so spacious and clean. There are plenty of eateries nearby too. Overall, a recommended place to stay.

We arrived in the wee hours of the day, and had to ask the airport information lady to call them. We didn't have a phone no. or a phone! She did, and they came for us in 20 min. Not bad. We got one of their business cards for our next stay three later.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Many Korean restaurants to pick from within walking distance, and real nice grocery store. Ask for a map at the hotel desk.

they picked me up in fifteen minutes from the airport.the room was very big with two doublebeds for just one person. Bathroom has a steamcabin and bubblebath,very relaxing.room was clean and very comfortable.they also brougt me to the airport.nice staff.i booked the room for one night because i had a layover,but wished i could have stayed longer. I was all rested for my flight the next day. But no breakfast included, not big of a deal but would have been nice

A No-frills Hotel for Budget Travelers

I stayed at this hotel twice, one night each time at the end of September and in early November. I paid for a standard room but was offered a deluxe room the first time. That means I saw both standard and deluxe rooms. All rooms have wooden flooring, 2 queen-size beds, a bath room with an electronic bidet (heated toilet seat!), a jacuzzi, and a sauna room. The vanity area is located outside the bathroom/jacuzzi/sauna and is kind of dark and has no mirror above the sink (that's my only complaint). A small cafe on G/F offers buffet breakfast for W10,000 (~10 US$). Ask the front desk for a map of eating and shopping places nearby.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Unless you have Korean money (coins?) and know how to use pay-phones (inadequate English instructions) in the airport, the best way to arrange a pickup is to go the the Info Booth on the 3rd level (Departure level). Ask the lady behind the desk to dial the hotel for you and then you can talk to the hotel operator. The operator will tell you to go outside Gate (door) #7 on the 3rd level and wait (look for the hotel shuttle sign). The hotel shuttle/van should come in 10-15 min. BTW, the arrival is on the 1st level.

the hotel is situated very close to the airport. about 15min drive. very convenient for a short transit stay. Located near to the metro station if you wish to go to down town seoul. Easy to get food as its surrounded by quite a few eateries and can get assential goods at nearby departmental store. room is quite big for seoul standard and free internet is a plus point. they provide free shuttel bus to and fro the airport. The staff is bit of a let down and no porter service is provided and if you have a lot of luggage its quite inconvenience.
