Hotel is not so big..., but the room is big.
We were upgraded to Suite room which is very big..., can accomodated up to 4 person.
The Toilet also very huge..., include jacussi and the toilet bowl is also very modern.
The hotel is walking distance to many restaurant and supermarket.

We stayed at this hotel (couple with a young child) because we needed to catch a very early morning flight. The deluxe twin room was large and clean. It had some modern gadgets and even a sauna in the bathroom! The front desk guy was polite and helpful in giving us directions around the area. We took a 1-hour train to Seoul and back, very convenient as the train station was around the corner. The electric kettle in our room was a little stained (by previous users) and the staff was happy to exchange it for a brand new Phillips kettle straight out from the box! We were very impressed with the service and will highly recommend this hotel, its value for money too.

i loved to stayed here. they picked me up not more than 10 minutes after i called them. their staff was so friendly, and also they can speak english well. queen hotel also has good location. only 3 minutes to go to subway station and lotte mart. and also, many restaurant around here

"great location with free shuttle to boot"

Love the convenience of airport hotel although location is nearby airport and yet, no airplane noise flying above the hotel grounds. Upgrade to boot was greatly appreciated with whirlpool tub, spa shower and toto toilet.
Remote control for the free wifi that converted the TV was interesting since there are more buttons that controls other buttons. No button instructions in English for the toto toilet.
Winter time, control button on the wall will be staring at you as a blue lighting when all lights are turned off.Heater button are centrally controlled for the warm wood flooring.
AC buttons are next to the bed and are powerful enough to blow your socks off with a window that can be open for fresh air with not a great view.
I decided to cover with a towel cuz those blue lights for the heater is rather annoying. The front dest guys are okay to ask questions; however, the lady at the front desk appears to be annoyed on the phone and rather short with me when i asked a simple questions...Ladies...there is instructions inside room to convert TV into computer screen.
Thank You trip advisory for letting the front desk know that we need a wake up call when our flight are the first shuttle to take at 6 AM sharp!

Restaurant Tip:
Tons of local restaurants and the Western food is only Domino accross from Lotto Dep. store. Dunkon donuts and baskin robins or, bakery for those seeking Western style. instead of bagel, there is a walnut danish with cream cheese that you may give a try.
The best bibim bap or vegetables with egg style breakfast inside lotto mart on 2nd floor. Meat lovers if going solo may go to LA Korean Restaurant instead of mandated for 2 people meat for BBQ ribs.

We only stayed there for one night but we loved it. We arrived late from the airport and they were super friendly about it. On top of that they upgraded us to a Suite and gave us free breakfast because we mentioned that it was our Anniversary. Very very sweet. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. And the steam shower... amazing after & before a long flight! For the few hours we had to explore Seoul the gave us great tips and looked up connections for us. Also, the train station to get to Seoul and to the airport is literally around the corner.
All in all, a perfect stay! Thanks a lot :)

Simple hotel with awesome bathroom!

We chose this hotel because it was close to the airport and seemed a bit luxurious. While close to the hotel, it is in the "Airport City" which in the immediate area does not have any attractions. Despite what the pictures might make it seem, the rooms do not look like that. However, it was all made up through the luxurious bathroom with private sauna, and jets in the bathtub. Room was very clean and simple otherwise. Airport shuttle was free, and they let us check out a couple hour later with no extra charge, which was nice of them. There are definitely a lack of options in hotel choices around the area, and I believe this one to be one of the better ones, so I would recommend to others.
