Not bad, not great but not bad.
Airport shuttle, close to the airport, close to the subway. (Metro)

It was ok. Not the cleanest we have been to, but not bad. It's definitely needs to be updated and remodeled. The carpet in the hallways was really old and dirty with holes here and there. In Korea most rooms have wood or tile floors, this has the same old dirty carpet that is in the hallway in the room. Overall, not bad but the queen hotel which is across from them is much better and cheaper.

As always the staff was excellent

The stay is always cozy and the staff is great. Food around every corner and public transportation within a short walking distance. The only issue I constantly have is the internet there. My Skype did not work at all and my download speed was less than .08mbs. Getting on the internet is impossible. Please upgrade or troubleshoot the internet please.

Very disappointing.
The only good thing is it is close to the airport. There is nothing else good about this hotel

Bad. This is another poorly maintained, occasionally cleaned Korean hotel trying to separate travelers from their money. The room was shabby, the staff uncaring, and the view of the wall of the next to the hotel (which was only 10 feet away and totally blocked any view) was extremely disturbing. The Sevilla is not a hotel that should be endured by any traveler.

Check in counter was very quick and polite. comfortable shuttle bus to reach the Inchoen airport. There are many good restaurant near by.

Lovely hotel near airport

This is great hotel to stay at if you need a hotel while stopping over, or just coming back out of your trip. It is only ten minutes from the airport and about 30 minutes to the city center. The hotel has a shuttle that will take you to the airport so that is a really convenient feature. I think I would stay here again without hesitation. It really was a good deal for the money.

Good access to Incheon Airport by Free Shuttle
This hotel offers easy access to Incheon Airport by Free Shuttle and there are plenty of restaurants around the hotel. Room is clean and comfortable at the reasonable cost.

I stayed in business deluxe , WIFI signal was not bad. In rest room there are body wash jel ,shampoo and rise. they provided tooth brush and tooth path that rarely find in Korea hotel.
There are a lot of good restaurant around.

call the hotel when you are ready to be pickup. 10minutes from airport. airport shuttle van with sevilla named. pickup at incheon airport level 3.

if u want to catch early flight.. this is the hotel. 10 minutes with hotel free van... need to inform hotel one day in advance. near metro mrt station.. unseo station. 15 minutes walk.
