Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

There was nothing to be liked about this hotel.
Room dank and smoke smelling. Carpet dirty. Towels raggedy. One small bar of soap. Only one employee at the desk seemingly irritated that we should bother her by checking in. Nothing we would read in English. Restaurant not opened @7 Am for breakfast.
Because we were unable to get rooms at the more well-known hotels in Jeju, I booked the New Crown through Agoda because it was rated 5 star and was the most expensive offered by Agoda at that booking, and $100 was not much less than offered by KAL (which had no rooms).
It seem to be a hotel for golf tours and tourists from China. When we arrived shortly before noon, our assigned room was on the seventh floor. The door to every room on that floor was open so as to provide cross ventilation to air out the previous night's smells. That evening we could not help but notice that other occupants were arriving as they clomped down the hallway loudly speaking. They may have been a tour group from China; we encountered some of the ladies strolling down the hallway in their pajamas. We had gone down for breakfast only to find the restaurant closed so we went out and discovered the Jeju Grand a couple of blocks away and had breakfast there. The ladies in the hallway were looking for something, probably ice of which there was none, and they inquired of us in a dialect that we couldn't understand. A local tour of the Eastern part of the island thankfully got us away from that abomination called the New Crown Hotel. When we left for breakfast the next morning around six, there was no one at the front desk and no one to be seen in the parking lot. I guess they don't worry about anything being stolen or guest safety. Incidentally, on check in the clerk was not interested in the voucher Agoda says to print and present; not was she interested in a credit card. It seemed too much of a chore for her to copy the passports and look up my name on her arrival list.
Hotel Feature Tip : If at all possible, do not stay here.
