lovely budget hotel and good location
the man on the receptionist desk speak english very strong, and provided free wifi in the room!

hotel was just unexpected. so lovely budget hotel. the room is very clean, and the furniture also quite good. especially the bathroom it looks newly renovated with cutie teddy sticker on the closet, with big+small towel are also provided. rooms all equipped by tv, refrigerator, pc, ac, dressing table with hair dryer, and also i love the standing mirror. heated floor works well to keep you warm during winter. and 24hrs hot water obviously. hotel has a lift, so dont worry with ur heavy luggage. but doesnt have a room boy. but the man at the receptionist desk spoke english very strong and really good, so it made us more easy to asking bout anything, especially you can ask about major atractions there. in jeju island it would be better if you take a taxi tour or somethin like that, and hotel can help you to make a reservations. hotel is located just 10meters from highway, and there are so many convenient store and restaurants around. and the beloved things is they also provided free wifi in the room, so made our stay more comfort.
Shopping Tip:
this hotel is located on famous shopping area in jeju city. so just walk to main street, then you will find so many stores along the highway.

The management update our room once we arrive and we check-in aroun 5pm still they allowed with great smile and service. Facilities inside the room was great and they provide full set of skin care for us because it was winter season. Lovely place.

Nice in great location

This is a nice little place to stay close to plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops. We were there in Febuary and it was a very quiet and clean hotel. Hallway carpet wasn't the greatest but the room was in nice shape.

Great location and nice staff
convenient as only 5 mins walk to subway station, within 1km, can reach the Hongdae shopping area with a lot of foods, clothes and shop.

nice staff which guide us for the area to shop around.
but just no heater in the room, only floor and is kinda cold in the midnight.
overall we are satisfied with the stay in pencil guesthouse.

It is very near to the Jeju Airport, and the receptionist is very friendly, and able to speak English with us. We booked a 2 double bed room although we only have 2 pax (cause quite cheap too). Consider quite a big room, and it's quite cosy! Can see that the owner put some effort in designing the room (maybe it's a family room, so you can see cute design on the walls too). Nearby there are many shops, where you can shop and eat! I will definitely stay here again if I visit Jeju again :) 10 stars out of 10 stars for this hotel!
