Good price in a okay location
Clean, new, some staff is nice, cheap

I met 3 staff, one staff is very nice and helpful, one of the others one is also okay, but the other one is very hateful and speak very impolitely.
The room is unexpectedly clean and new. Also, the price is very attractive.
As for location, I think it is much better to stay in old Jeju region, but not new Jeju region (p.s. more cheap hotels including this one is in new Jeju region.
I stay in Jeju 3 nights and I spend 2 nights in old Jeju region because more main shopping malls, good restaurants and sightseeing in old Jeju region.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
About 3000won taxi fare to intercity regional bus stop. You can go the main sightseeing by those bus.
Near hotel, you can walk to E-mart by 15min.

Well located hotel with warm hospitality
Economical with excellent staff

Nothing beats than having a well informed frontline stuff that give you good advise on the places of interest on Jeju island. The rooms are also well equipped and clean with lots of good local restaurants with reasonable rate around.

Good Location but lack of cleanliness

Location is good, but towels are not very clean in the room.
Room is very small for family like us (lack of walking space). There is compilmentary water bottles for daily stay.
Our communication with Front desk's staff was in English. Only one speak pretty well, the rest not fluent.
Just be prepared, the locals still can't communicate well in English or Mandarin. So you probably need a finger pointing actions to communicate.
Restaurant Tip:
If you want to try horse meat, there is one restaurant right back the hotel's back lane. It's logo has a word "horse" in mandarin and yellow.

Good location but old carpets -
Good size room and for 3 luggage, Taxi available, 1 good English speaking staff

3 of us traveled together, 2 adults and 1 child. There are hanging racks for our winter jackets. Room is clean and rather spacious except for the old carpet. They informed us they are changing the carpets along the lift corridors soon. Heated floors in the rooms, so we dried our smaller laundry articles on the floor. Taxi to the Bus Terminal Station for buses to the East and West scenic route on Jeju island is 5-10 mins. away We can get to the New E-Mart easily. The traditional market is slightly far away to shop for Jeju tangerines/orange and their local chocolates.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Go to the Bus Terminal Station to take the East route to the traditional Folk Village in the morning. Then return to the same station to jump on the next bus to the West route for the seaside and Cave and dinner in Seongsan for black pork barbecue.

Hotel room is clean in general, though there was a slight musty smell upon entering. We booked the Business Double room and it was pretty spacious. Parking can be a bit of hassle, narrow and limited lots at the lobby area so please be careful of scratching your car paint when parking. Otherwise, park nearby at open air carparks and take a 2 mins walk to the hotel. Food and amenities are aplenty within the area.

The receiption can speak well english and very helpful. But they unable to help us book a taxi to airport, therefore we need to look for transport by ourself.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
To Jeju underground shopping center & Dongmun Market : Take bus no. 500 (in front of Grace Hotel)and get down at Gwan Duck Jung. Bus fare - won

Good service & good location
Great location; good service & clean

quite near to the airport ( by taxi it takes 3000 won, and 10 mins); also near to the shopping area ( it takes 5 min by walk); near to the shilla duty shop ( it takes 10 min by walk). staff are quite kind , patient and can speak english . room is quite clean.
