Amazing!

Our room has both an ocean and mountain view, with a spacious balcony its very relaxing. Their twin bedroom comes with one large and one small bed, suitable for 3 pax. Unlike the nearby 5-star hotels all their staff speaks very good English, which is way out of my expectation, they are also very friendly and helpful. Hyatt is less crowded with tourists . I would definitely stay with Hyatt again.

We enjoyed out time at the Hyatt. I think it is a hotel that is best suited for warmer weather when the outdoor pool is open. It is landscaped beautifully and is on a wonderful spot in Jeju.

We stayed here for 2 nights. The room is not very big. the good part of the hotel is the sea view at the back of the hotel. The hotel room is quite old. The problem part is the toilet. It didn't work well on the second day of our stay.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Some main attractions are nearby, such as Teddybear museum, ripley's believe it or not, chocolate land, the garden and the waterfall. All of these attractions can be reached in walking distance.

I really enjoyed Hyatt Regencey Jeju Hotel. Upon my arrival, the staff is ready at the lobby to take care of my luggage. I find this service very rare as most hotels I stayed in Seoul does not do this. The bell boys speak excellent English as well. Hotel staff is very friendly and the concierge service is excellent in helping with your itinerary and reservations.

Lovely Autumn Getaway

Though we were visiting in the off-season and did not explore the beach due to cold weather, the setting was lovely and the staff service was impeccable. Prompt luggage delivery and taxi provision, as well as friendly recognition by the brunch restaurant staff. The lobby atrium is beautiful, and our room had a view of the garden with the sounds of a water feature flowing in the background. The sauna was serene and modern, with a stunning ocean view. It is the last hotel tucked away at the end of the drive, and the unique cylindrical building is an icon from other points further down the coast.
Our only disappointment was dinner - the main restaurant is the same as the breakfast area which is bright and cheerful in the morning, but lacking in ambience in the evening. If nothing else, they ought to dim the lights. The pork course was a poor attempt at a gourmet western presentation, with the fine local meat doused in ketchup sauce. Recommend the Asian set for better fare, however both were overpriced for what they were. The lobby island lounge and downstairs Asian-themed bar were more promising settings for an intimate gathering, but neither offered dinner menus, and downstairs was not well heated despite the winter weather. Sadly, the norebang (karaoke) in the basement was also closed.
Aside from this our stay was relaxing, and I would recommend it to couples or families with children. It appeared on-site childcare services were available as well.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The botanical gardens up the road were extensive and beautiful!
