We enjoyed our stay but not love it. Some of their front desk staff doesn't speak very good English, don't really understand your question ,the hotel can be crowded with duty free shoppers and outside guests, that's why I prefer to stay with Hyatt again if I were to visit jeju again

My family enjoy the stay at this hotel. The room is big and clean. The food is good but too costly. Hope the check in time can be early cos of early flight to jeju. Overall u would say is good. I will stay there again when I visit jeju.

A fantastic hotel to enjoy a wonderful holiday
The facilities in hotel are plenty. The Duty Free Shop can provide a good shopping environment.

I like Lotte Hotel very much. A convenient location in the south, near some scenes and museums.
The service is good. Hotel rooms re tidy and clean. The sea-food buffet dinner is really good and provides plenty of food choices. Comparing with the Duty Free in Seoul, the shoppers in this shop is much less. So it can provide a very comfortable shopping environemnt with good customer service.
But, no WiFi is provided in hotel rooms. If this can be improved, it's much better.
Hotel Feature Tip:
No Wifi in the hotel room. Suggest bringing a travel router.

Awesome hotel with big rooms

The rooms are huge! They even provide different types of pillows which you can ask from Housekeeping. Good location, near many attractions.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The hotel is very near to many tourist attractions. My favourites are Alive Museum and Teddy Bear Museum. Do visit if you have time

Lovely hotel with great service

The room size is good for 3. Toilet is nice, with separate shower and bath tub.
Restaurant serves good korean food and cafe offer afternoon high tea but price is abit steep.
General hotel staff offer very good service. We wern't happy with the room allocated but the staff tried their best to offer alternative with the same class and we are very please with it.
Overall the hotel is worth staying, but not for the second time as it is very pricey.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Must rent a car to cover the places of interest in Jeju do as they are located vast apart. Without car, its rather pointless to visit Jeju do.

Great 5 star hotel like palace & excellent staff
near some travel spot like teddy bear museum, hotel just beside the sea

We love Lotte Jeju. Great hotel and friendly staff. Staff can speak mandarin very well although he is Korean. I booked a deluxe lake view room for 4 person from agoda. I'm felt not enough for my family so I request upgrade the room to family room. And i know if we want to upgrade it need to pay. The staff is very kindly, she help us upgrade it free of charge. I'm very surprising, the room is big, it is one single bed and one double bed room, suitable for 3 person, but their single bed already can sleep 2 person. We can see the volcano show from our room. In the hotel, it got casino, duty free shopping, kids center,indoor & outdoor swimming pool and many other. If you are family trip, got the kids, they have hello kitty room, very cute. If you just want relax your mind in Jeju, i think Lotte Jeju is a good choice. They have a night volcano show buffet, a little bit expensive, the food are fair and not many choice such as seafood.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Jeju is a nice place, got many museum, natural view, moutain, sea, water fall, activity and other. We rent a car and drive it everywhere. In car have their GPS, just key in the phone number of the place you want to go and we will reach the place, it's very convenient.

5 star hotel with polite and helpful staff
Many facilities , shopping casino , restaurant , even a stroll to the beach front

was very surprised when we arrived lotte hotel. more than we have expected . the staff is very courteous and helpful
rooms are comfortable and huge . very good if you have children. good toiletries , shampoo , conditioners and even mouth wash.
good restuarants and duty free shopping too . one can even walk to convenient store and shops nearby
price is reasonable for a 5 star hotel

One word to describe- Wow!
Beautiful sprawling grounds and buildings.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Rooms are spacious and fully equipped. Service is excellent with very attentive staff . We enjoyed the buffet dinner cum Dragon show.
Travel tip:
Though we came during Winter, ideal time to visit Jeju is spring ( April) where weather is still cool but the landscape is more interesting.

Great rooms and promt service

great hotel with big and spacious rooms. housekeeping is great and prompt. breakfast is moderate and same spread throughout the 3 days that we stayed. however, the bakery at the lobby is another good alternative. it has other facilities in the hotel but due to our time constraint as well as the cold weather, we are unable to enjoy it. definety going back to enjoy it the next time.especially the beach.....

Spacious room
The room and bathroom is huge and spacious. Beds are very comfortable.

There is a King Size bed. We requested for an extra bed.
Both beds are comfortable. The room and bathroom are luxurious.
Lovely windmill scenery at night. In the morning, the walk around the windmill is very refreshing and peaceful.
The service staff are excellent.
The cons are the hotel room and food are expensive.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Cheaper to stay on a weekday.
Watch the volcano show on the 8th floor balcony rather than ground level. At the ground level, it is blocked by trees.
