Great location and relax area

Just 2 min walk from Lotte Hotel and 3 min walk from Teddy bear musemn and Believe it or Not musemn. Great location.
Room is large with nice bathroom. Hotel outlook is the best compared with other hotels in that region.

Nice hotel but aircon not cold
Attraction are nearby, eg cheonjeyeon waterfalls, teddy bear museum are within walking distance

Nice and clean hotel room. Hotel staff are helpful but weak in English speaking. Aircon not cold even turn to 18 degree. Wide selection for breakfast.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Chartered cab cost between 120000 won to 150000 won depend on distant.

Nice hotel but away from dining
Location - middle of The Shilla and Lotte Hotel

Nice hotel, standard facilities. Room was clean and comfortable, except that we were disappointed with the extra bed we had, it was so tiny! Also, we could hear baby crying from next room. Breakfast was standard. For dining, if you walked to Jungmun-ro (main street near Tourist information) there were more choices. Otherwise without own transport dining choices can be quite limited.

we stayed in this hotel for 1 night and booked room for 3 adults, but unfortunately we got room for couple with small extra bed for child. also even if we paid for 3 adults include breakfast, only 2 were aloud to have it. i recommend to check with the hotel before make any reservation. the hotel is clean, but not fancy and should get 3 stars only. good for people who don't look for using the hotel facilities.

the hotel stall is friendly, the location is great. the breakfast is okie, if you got a chance to try their breakfast get the home made yogurt(its really good).
Restaurant Tip:
When you walk up towards Teddy Bear Museum, you will see a 7-11 and a donut shop. walk thru the entrance between the 7-11 and a donut shop, you will find a BBQ resturant at level 1, they serve the best BBQ Beef Ribs with a reasonable price! Its charco bbq, the favour is so nice and the staff are very friendly. They can speak simple chinese and english.

Such a better value than the monster hotels.

after being discouraged by the reviews/prices for lotte/shilla, we were pleased to see the suites was significantly more reasonable. our room was wonderful. bottom floor with a nice view of the yard. very clean. bed was amazing. service was great. we were recommended a korean bbq place instead of being force fed the very experience in hotel restaurant.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Close to beach. And, you can simply walk into the Lotte or Shilla casino if gambling is your thang.

Great location and awesome price

I stayed for 4 nights in this hotel. The greeting of staff was good. When asked, the staff kindly provided a short tour information on Jeju island with a large scale map. His tip was helpful in grasping an idea of where to go.
Travel tip:
Jung Moon golf course is within walking distance from this hotel.

Located at the south-east of Jeju, it's almost an hour away from the main city & airport. This hotel is recommended for those who really wants privacy and away from the hustle & bustle of city life.
The room is clean and spacious. The staff are friendly and able to speak in English. There is a convenient store just right outside of the hotel.
Chocolate museum, teddy bear museum and Ripley's Believe It Or Not are just a short walking away.

Staff were very helpful and the rooms were very nice. Location wise, it's near Hotel Shilla area, near the Teddy Bear Museum. The Airport Limo Bus stops outside the hotel.
Travel tip:
This is a good hotel staff that speak pretty good English. This is a plus point as not many Koreans speak English.
