Location and great hotel service

the amourex hotel is conveniently located next to the subway station, although exiting the subway, you will experiencing plenty of steps so be sure not to carry a huge wheel operated luggage otherwise it will be a nightmare for the guys. the hotel has a airport bus shuttle service that takes only 40 minutes to incheon airport. the shuttle service is not on schedule, mine came 20 minutes late and i waited in -10 degrees celcius environment for the bus, so you must be patient and just wait for the bus.

Great location but room not satisfying

I hate the room very much but the location us great! The price is also not reasonable and it's non-refundable. I was even forced to change hotels even though it's mon-refundable. It's just horrible.

Location info to note: It takes us about one and a half hour to reach the hotel by the airport bus (under trafffic jam) and it takes about 50 minutes to go to the airport by taxi during midnight. The nearest subway is about 5 minutes walk and it is the interchange station for some lines. dongdaimum is not far away (but still need to take the taxi). Hotel impression: The receptions there are helpful. They know english and mandarin. Hotel is a bit old. There is renovation on some floor but we could not hear a single noise. The room is big, comfortable and clean.

Room is big comparatively. The bed is comfortable. It's about 5 minutes walk to the nearest subway. The restaurants nearby are good and worth trial.

hotel location is convenient and it has heater build-in the floor. but the indoor environment is dark. the facility in the room are not well maintained. the towel is in grey colour. hygiene condition need to be improved. overall it's ok on this price range, as long as you bring along your personal belonging such you no need to use the hotel provided houseware then it's good.

We had an enjoyable stay overall but were surprised that there was no wardrobe provided in the 2 rooms that we stayed in but instead just a few clothes hangers provided for us to hang our clothes.
The bathroom towels could do with being replaced as some were torn.

Decent location, big rooms but not the cleanest.

The location was great for taking the airport bus as #6101 took you about a 2 minute walk away from the hotel. The hotel itself seems to be a converted apartment building. The room we had was big with a big tv, a computer, a large bathroom with a jacuzzi and a separate sitting area in the room. However, there was a feel of discomfort with the room. I'm not sure if it was the concrete walls, the stains on the computer chair, the dust bunnies or the opened bar of soap in the shower, but the room gave me a bit of the creeps.
