This place exceeded my expectations when I quickly realized that it a serviced apartment at a hotel price! Kitchen, laundry machine, and TV all included. The location is convenient (within walking distance from many restaurants, shopping areas, public transportation) and extremely safe (although most of Seoul is safe). Taxis are also easy to find. Staff is also friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this!

It was okay. Staff try to accomodate customer request. There are some little things they could do to delight ie free toothpaste and toothbrush. Free shuttle to airport bus stop is good service. I wish staff were more articulate in English.
