We had an absolutely magical night at Banyon Tree. The staff were very friendly and courteous. Our room was incredibly clean, I would say verging on perfection. A heated pool in the room was nice, but not noisy so it didn't effect our sleep at all. The bathroom had a private steam room in the shower, which was nice. This was one of the most amazing rooms I've ever stayed in! I hope I can get back there in the summer when the outdoor pool is open as well so that I can take advantage of the whole resort!

This hotel was absolutely wonderful. Facilities were great. Staff were extremely friendly. Room was fantastic. The view from the room was very splendid. Absolutely no complaints about the hotel. Breakfast had a nice variety, very fresh.

This is the second times i try for banyan tree group hotels, this is better than the one i try before at macau.... service was much more better.. i will go again to seoul banyan tree hotel when i be korea...

The hotel was a beauty both inside and outside. The room looked exactly as it was in the photos. The only issue was perhaps the location. It was located outside of the main city/shopping area. Cab drivers had difficulties finding it. If you wanted to have non-hotel food, you will need to take public transport out of the hotel. No complaints about the hotel food though.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Please bring along maps/hotel address in Korean so that taxi drivers know where you are staying. Two cab drivers has gotten lost when trying to send me back to the hotel.
