Ken K. Couples Malaysia, January 10, 2013	Didnt work out for me. good location. english-speaking staff. 5 I took a late flight to Seoul and arrived at the guesthouse late in the evening. They gave me a room with a faulty electronic lock which could only be locked on the outside of the room. I asked the staff to get it fixed. The lady was helpful enough but unable to and it was the last room available at the Beewon Residence. Alternatively, i requested for another room at the old building, which the staff gladly changed for us. Seemed like the the room wasnt cleaned. Pillow case and bed sheets were dirty. Ended up sleeping on the floor. The next day we checked out. We were travelling to other province and planned to come back to Beewon as i have already prebooked for another 4 days stay before i arrived in Seoul. So we called to make sure that we would get a room with a working electronic lock. It was a different staff on duty that day. Guess what, the only room left available was the same room they offered on my first day of arrival. I told him what happened and apparently he wasnt informed about it. He told me he will check on it. I didnt take my chances.

Good spoken English. 3.7 there is a new and old building. my room happens to be in the new buildng which does not have wifi. room is cold and freezing despite changing rooms. seems that new building is not well equiped yet. nonetheless, horrible experience during winter.
Ivor M. Solo travelers Ireland, November 26, 2012	Small comfortable apartment Great underfloor heating 6.7 The hotel has a good location close to Anguk Station. The residence is the apartment block of the hotel and practically next door. The room has electronic key code and underfloor heating. Negatives are the cold bathroom, no wifi in the residence (available in the main building). Shops, cafes, restaurants and sights all within walking distance.
