Best Western New Seoul Hotel wasn't anything special. We got a window-less room, which probably made the experience less than ideal. But it was the only Double available, and the pricing was good.
Check-in and check-out were efficient.
Though this hotel is listed as being in the Myeong-dong area, it's not exactly right by the shopping area. It's about a 15 minute walk there. It's right at the access point of the Cheonggyecheon Stream. It is by a high-end mall, though. When we went in, only a few restaurants were open. We didn't see too many shops, and they all looked really expensive.
Overall, it's a nice area, but nothing too special.

The hotel is nice, although the rooms are showing their age a little. I would recommend a window room, as during the warm summer the inner rooms can become oppressive.

Great location, near to station (euljiro station), myeong dong shopping area and alot local resto ,can do by walk. Citi center, also the great point is Nearby to palace can walk or only need passed 1 station . Friendly staff, helpful and clean room. For standard room actually it could in 3 person inside, since they give u extra single bed inside.

Second time not the charm.
Nothing good about the hotel. Chose it for the location.

Second time staying here. They gave us a terrible room by the elevator, after talking and reasoning with them, managed to get the room changed. But the heating stopped in the middle of the night.
