Above average experience
Check in, check out and room make up was great. They had limo pick up to the airport. Friendly staff.

overall, there were no problems with this hotel. it is the 2nd time i've come here and it did not disappoint. everything was reasonably clean. nothing too fancy. room make up was great as the cleaner cleaned and also organized our stuff in a un-disruptive manner. front desk was helpful when we needed information about hotel services. free wifi was easy to use. cons - bathroom tub had cracks. no exchange for canadian currency inside the hotel. some taxi drives have no idea where it is.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Great location to see modern Seoul. Close to the coex shopping mall and olympic stadium. On the 'rich' side of the seoul.

This hotel is easy to find by bus limo. Use the Korean Airlines bus limo service it will get you there in about one hour. Return to International Airport has bus every 45 minutes. My room was small. Japanese style toliet with many features if you know how to use them. Walls are not that good. I can hear rumblings in the hall and other room. For the money it is ok.
Restaurant Tip:
Behind the hotel is dozens of local Korean restaurants.

The hotel is at a good location and not far from the subway and shopping area. Restaurants nearby are plenty. Reception staff is very willing and helpfull. Friendly with good English. Rooms are good and housekeeping is punctual and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is ok, with everything you need for both Western and Asian/ Korean guests. Only minus point was that the breads in the morning where never fresh, this was a dissapointment.
Room service food was very expensice and not good at all. Not recommended to have meals in this hotel, while there are so many good restaurants close by.
Will definetely return to this hotel on a next visit to Korea.

i basically loved my stay at the best western gangnam hotel and will definitely stay here again for my future visits to seoul. not only does it feature friendly staff who are not only helpful and multilingual (i heard them speaking english and japanese, including of course korean), the rooms were exceptionally comfortable and very clean. the cleaners and personnel were very friendly and polite. the location was awesome, they had their own kal limousine bus which allowed me to travel to and fro from incheon airport which was very convenient. it was located around many shopping areas. the room also had many great facilities, a large hd lcd tv in the room which had a good number of channels (foreign and local), fast internet (wi-fi), a comfortable and large bed and basic hotel commodities.
the only complaint i have is that the room's toilet pales in comparison to the modern rooms. though it seems dated, it's still very clean and has all the necessities. also the internet got clunky at certain times but it's not to the point that it annoys me and i didn't mind at all. unless these stuff actually annoy you to the point that you feel like tearing your hair out, i'd definitely recommend staying in this hotel.
