What I liked most about the Best Western Premier Gangnam Hotel was the friendliness efficiency, and helpfulness of the Front Desk Staff, namely Kelly Sung, Bonnie Moon Kevin and Asakura. These staff members introduced me to hotel procedures, helped me to send emails and gave directions to sub-way stations. These staff members contributed immeasurably to my pleasant seven day stay in May at Premier Best Western Gangnam Hotel. They just could not have been more helpful.

It was very good. The front desk staff was very courteous, friendly, and helpful with superb knowledge of English. The hotel was well-located in Gangnam. A bit of a walk uphill from the nearest train station but in a very ritzy area.
