The hotel offers pretty good value for money but the drawback is the distance from the major shopping areas like Myeon-dong and Dongdaemun, It is more than 35 minutes on the sub-way.
There were a few great restaurant near the hotel though. a Japanese restaurant serves great Sashimi and another fairly large restaurant that serves awesome braised pork knuckle (1 dish restaurant - no MENU!) We even packed a box to take home on the last day!

Good for business travel

Stayed here for about 3 weeks on a business trip. The 6004 airport bus is very easy and cheap (~$10), takes about an hour and 20 minutes and drops you off right in front of the hotel. The lobby is large and looks nice, but the room was just average. All my interactions with staff were relatively easy, and they were very friendly. The hotel is nice, but I would say a little overpriced. Buffet breakfast and dinner was impressive with a good variety of Western and Korean food, although a bit expensive (about $20 for breakfast and $40 for dinner), but I would say it was worth it. I really don't see any reason other than nearby business that someone would want to stay in this area. If I were visiting the city I would want to stay closer. However, the subway station is very close (5-7 min walk) and that line can bring you right into the city.
One thing I wanted to clear up is the room types (at least according to my experience): twin is 2 twin beds, double is a king. Standard means the back of the hotel facing other buildings, deluxe is the front with a view of the street/city, there is no difference between the standard/deluxe rooms other than the view. Also, the rooms do not have microwaves and you cannot get one even on request.
Overall a decent place if you just need somewhere to stay in the area and want the convenience of the restaurant and knowing the staff will be fluent in English.
