15 minutes walk to meyongdong shopping area. no restaurant near hotel area. staff was helpful in front desk and information but no concierge to carry our luggage when arrive and depart. the transportation from and to airport is easy. the bus stop in front of hotel entrance. free wifi.

Good location
The airport bus is just right infront of the hotel and it is closed to subway stations.

We chose it because all recommended hotels in mengdong and dongdaemun were fullly booked. Also, we needed a bigger bed for three of us including our child, this is the best choice at that time. Although it is located a bit far from the shopping centers (not really a walking distance, especailly in winter time), it is closed to subway stations. The hotel is okay in general. We will try to stay with hotels in Mendong or Dongaemun next time.

We requested a baby cot throu internet booking but was told our kid is too big for it. As we checked -in, they said our kid is fine to use their baby cot but they are fully booked already. Very confusing!
Except the limited conceirge services and distanced reception services, everything else are satisfying.
