free internet, the room is clean, near subway. can't early check in. the hotel is not in crowded location. The hotel is very close to subway. It is very easy to get there. I took the limousine bus and it stopped just in front of the hotel. There is a bell boy service and the place to left your lugguage. You can left your luggage there after checked out.
The room is large, wooden floor, modern interior. There is a free internet in room so it is very good for business trip.
The only negative thing that I found that the location is not close to the tourist attractives and the road is quite quiet at night. However, the subway is at reach so you can walk quickly there and take you not so long to shopping places or else.
Shopping Tip : Walk along chongkaechon to jong no for street food at night.

Hotel Best Western Kukdo is a modern hotel close enough to walk to the tourist hotposts (1-2km range). The int. Airport bus stops conveniently in front of the hotel. Our standard room was of good size, stylishly furnished and equipped with a high tech toilet and LCD TV. The hotel offers free internet in the lobby. Staff are friendly and efficient. The standard roomrates are excluding breakfast. A bit pricy but we would recommend the well laid out breakfast buffet. In our view the hotel offers good value for money
Please note that foreigners do not pay the 10% VAT in Korea.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The hotel is close to Cheonggyecheon stream, a walk along the stream features many places of interest

2.Air conditioner not working well
Arrived in Seoul early morning and took bus 6015 which stopped right in front of the hotel. Was able to check in early at 9.30 am. Room was clean, modern and of adequate size. Was satisfied with room except for the air conditioner which refused to cool the room to below 24C, making the room fairly warm and stuffy. Concierge was very helpful with travel tips and booking for MISO show.
Easy 3 minutes walk to Euljiro 4 subway station (exit 10) and from there can reach practically all the interesting sites in Seoul. Easy 15 minutes walk to the Cheonggye-cheon stream and from there can walk to Dongdaemun market in about 15 minutes. One can also choose to walk in the underground shopping arcade which connect Euljiro 4 station all the way until Euljiro 1 station and exit near Myeongdong area.
Overall very satisfied with the hotel.

-housekeeping service was a little later than expected We were very satisfied with our stay at the Best Western Kukdo. The service was excellent from the start and they allowed us to check in early and provided an extra bed as requested. The shuttle bus was very convenient for going to and from the airport. We enjoyed the many food stands near the hotel and the 24/7 stores for various snacks and drinks. The bank near the hotel was also very convenient for tourists. The bellboys were very polite in assisting us with our luggage.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Fans of Korean dramas will enjoy the many billboard displays with the famous stars. Many restaurants and stores are also good to check out while you are touring the city.

1. Bestwestern Premier Kukdo is fairly accessible. Airport Bus stop is right in front of the hotel and the subway station is just round the corner.
2. The interior design is comtemporary and the room is quite comfy.
3. The staff is courteous and helpful. 1. Since it's located in the local district and it is surrounded by lighting and furniture shops, it's really quiet in the evenings.
2. It would be more convenient if they put the sink inside the washroom. I quite like the hotel depite of its local location coz it's really accessible by public transport and the room is comfortable. And it's recommended to the travellers who are in a group of two or more.
Although there is a convenient store next to the hotel, it'd better if there are some restaurants or fast food stores nearby so that we can get some food in the late evenings.

New, modernly decorated, reasonable space, free internet, 5 min driving distance to Dongtaemun, 1 min walk to Subway station, airport limousine stop at hotel entrance, a 24 hr Family Mart located just besides the hotel. Not located in commercial area nor tourist area, though I don't find it a problem. Good value for money and much better than my expectation.

Near Subway line 2 and 5 just 5 minutes walk from the station. Also, the airport limousine stop right in front of the hotel and family mart is beside the hotel. No shopping center near the hotel. Need to take subway 1 station to the shopping center. The hotel staff is very well trained. They allowed me to have an early check in because there was a room available which is good for me to take a shower before start my shopping activities. The bed is a bit too soft and there is a free internet connection in the room. The surrounding areas are not nice, there are a lot of hardware shops.
Nightlife Tip : Itewon is a good place to go for night life. Quite many bars and pubs in this areas.

by the third night I was bitten by bed bugs, they must have not changed sheets each day
I was a solo traveler staying at Best Western Kukdo for 3 nights. Booked a double but when I got there I guessed I got upgraded to family room which was a king bed+single bed! At first I was put on smoking floor but after minutes of insists later finally transferred to a non-smoking one. I guessed I should have mentioned the non-smoking floor during booking like the receptionist said? The hotel doesn't have the female floor like some sites claimed, but it doesn't matter coz the strategic location of the hotel makes up for it! Family room is big enough to run around for one, and the scenic at night can be quite impressive! Didn't have breakfast here so I can't really say. But concierge is quite friendly and speak english, which you will find very helpful in seoul! The bathroom is enough for two, I don't know about three, can be quite small maybe? The shower features rain-shower head, so you're guaranteed to a relaxing bath to come home to after the whole day of walking around! The king size bed is huge with loads of soft fat pillows so I always wake up happy! The only worth complaining about though things start to get rough on my last night as I was scratching during my sleep (probably they hadn't changed the sheets) and the towels start to smell. In any ways if I were visiting Seoul I'd stay in this hotel again but I'd make sure next time to remind them to change the sheets frequently and bring me extra towels.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Don't trust hotel map from any internet site... The correct one is hotel map (ask at concierge) when you arrive. Subway entrance is literally 2 minutes walk on your right, passing a convenience store "family mart". If you're new to Seoul subway is easy and the fastest way to get around. You have to remember the exit though -otherwise the walk can be quite far. If you walk 4 minutes on your left, you'll find another subway entrance with "Crown Bakery". There's no all day ticket, just get one ticket for each trip (less than USD1).

Very Clean, contemporary decoration. Every time I visit Seoul, I always choose this hotel. It locates near the subway, Eujiro4 (exit no.10). Also, there is the convenient store beside the hotel which is Family mart. So, the visitors do not worry when you are hungry at night.

The hotel is very new, so the rooms are nice and clean. At below a hundred dollars, this hotel is great value for money. We just had some difficulty operating the air conditioner, but overall was an excellent experience.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The area the hotel is located in isn't too developed, but you can easily use the subway to get to different places.

People come to stay for the fun, please keep in mind that far from downtown and in downtown. There is not much around the hotel shops and restaurants. In front of the hotel, Japanese are spoken normally. Subway and bus, so take a taxi location T-MONEY (like a watermelon in Japan) and has a very convenient.
