Great location
Friendly staff
Breakfast was small but good. Little bit expensive for the size!
The Biwon Hotel was really nice and the staff friendly (but not really comfortable with english). The hotel is located really in the middle of the town, and right next to the secret gardens. 10 min walk to isadong. Our stay was really great and we enjoyed! We will return to Biwon next time we stay in seoul!
Greetings
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Secret gardens right across the street!!!

Was centred near centre of Seoul
Shower had water passing through the bathroom to the discharge and this was a bit of inconvenience to our feet.
In general Biwon Hotel was very satisfactory as it was centrally located and we did not have to walk a lot to reach the main food outlets. The staff was very helpful and could speak English. The room was cleaned everyday and we were provided with fresh and clean linen daily. The room had acomputer with free internet use and this was very helpful.
Hotel Feature Tip : Hotel has a spa which you can use and relax within your room.

Central location and friendly staff
The hotel is pleasantly located within a short distance from the main palaces in Seoul. Staff are fluent in English and extremely helpful with directions. Not much happening around the district, but a short walk leads you down to the Jung-no stations and Cheonggyecheon, where there heart of the city begins.

Computer in the room, friendly staff, nice room.
The restaurant was only open 3 hours a day, from 7am - 10am. The nearest train station was about a 10-15 minute walk.
My room had a computer for free internet service. However, it only worked for about 15 minutes at a time before the machine would make some serious noise and the connection would be lost. The staff was helpful when I had questions. The room was a decent size and had a nice bathroom. It is also placed in a good location -- although the nearest train station is about a 15 minute walk, it is also in easy walking distance of Insadong, two major palaces, and the Cheonggye stream.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Is located within walking distance of several main tourist destinations.
