location, breakfast, convenient, stove and fridge
tiny, small wet area/bathroom, minimal
The place is a co-op residence, and is very tiny. However, if you're just looking for a place to stay overnight, this place would be suitable. You don't get much aside from the fridge and range, but for the most part, you do get great convenience of location. It's close to the COEX Mall, and airport terminal, which was really sweet. However, the bathroom is tiny, and everything gets soaked if you shower there. They provide you with a breakfast, nothing fancy, but can be healthy should you choose to go that route. I noticed mildew in the bathroom, so that kind of killed my delight in paying a cheaper price.
Shopping Tip : there's a pc room at the coex mall. utilize the airport terminal next to the hyundai dept. store., grab breakfast.

near subway and COEX mall, and airport terminal, provides breakfast, decent for one night, price
small room, small bathroom (wetroom), mildew in bathroom, frequency of cleaning service
if you're staying for one night, this place will work. It's got a great location, provides the basics you need, and even has internet hookup. if you're staying longer, then you might be slightly uncomfortable. I stayed there on two occassions...one for three nights, the other for one. I wasn't staying in my room much, but it was slightly uncomfortable and small. The bathroom is like a wetroom: once you shower, the toilet and sink and mirrors all get soaked. Cleaning service comes in every other day, but when I was there, it was hardly noticeable. I noticed some mildew in the bathroom so it didn't sit well with me. Even though the location is convenient, it's not easy to find the first time. Breakfast was convenient. I didn't expect much when they said 'continental breakfast', but you could actually get something healthy there. tomatoes and bananas with cereal and some boiled eggs, juices and coffee, it will hold you over and it will suffice.
Hotel Feature Tip : if you don't have a laptop, you can go to a PC room at CoEx for 1800 won an hour. The PCs that they have there at the front are for convenience and not for long time use. It'll cost if you need the computer for a while.

A good location in the Gangnam area of Seoul. Close to subway and Air Bus terminal.
Some may dislike this service residence hotel as not spacious. It depends on the money you will spend, especially in commercial Gangnam area.
I have a nice stay in the hotel. Staff were helpful and cleanliness was satisfactory. I could have everything I wanted for the room service. Healthy and fresh continental breakfast were available from 7.30 to 9 am daily. Overall, I had a nice stay in this service residence hotel, and will be on my list of hotels for short or long duration if I go to Seoul again.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : There is a sightseeing temple park at the rear side of the City Air Terminal which is about 10 minutes' walk. Hotel is close to subway No. 2 line, the Samseong station. On this line you can go to Gangnam, Seoul National University stations, and the Lotte World at Jamsil station for fun and sightseeing, within 10-15 minutes' ride.
