Very close to subway station// walking distance to Namsan and Myeongdong. Many 24 hr restaurants in the area. Room is clean but quiet small and dark. No view. Washing machine in the room. Breakfast is sandwich, instant coffee and milk from a convenient store on ground floor.

The toilet is very clean! and I was surprised to have wifi as I was informed there isnt when I booked the hotel. The room is a little too small but we have a loft.

Within 5 minutes walk to underground transport station; Within 15 minutes walk to Myeong dong and Namsan-gol Hanok Village; Lots of Korean restaurants nearby

The Residence staffs could speak and understand English so made life easier in Seoul. They were very helpful too. The room was spacious and clean. Though it appears to have cooking facilities, if you really wanna cook, you need to pay for renting the utensils. In fact, there are lots of Korean restaurants, big or small, within 10 minutes walk.

I think it is fair enough to choose this hotel if you are not expected too much. First of all, the location is good where it located on the main street and very easy for me too find where it is. Secondly, there was a wet market and small supermarket in nearby which is very convenient. The only promblem is that the toilet in the room was a bit too small.
