location close to chungmuro train station, friendly english speaking staff, convenient surrounding

Less than 5 minutes walk from Chungmuro Station to the hotel. From the hotel to Dongdaemun Nightmarket was only a 10 minute walk. Convenient location. To go to Seoul Tower just needed to cross the street to wait for the bus that goes straight to the tower. Staffs at the hotel were friendly and spoke English.very willing to assist.

I feel cheated by the info stated by Agoda. the room type i booked for as stated in the info should have a television in room but there wasn't any television in the room upon check in. Hotel staff wasn't very helpful.Absolutely no acknowledgement at all. The staff pretend they never heard you asking them for assistance. Hotel doesn't replenish your coffee sachets and mineral water on a daily basis, they only provide you one time off upon your check in. Upon check out, we bid goodbye and says " thank you"to the hotel staffs(they are not busy nor on the line nor any other guests at the counter)but the staffs simply just ignored us and pretended they never heard us.Forget about staying in this hotel

Overall, the stay was ok!
However, personally feels that the housekeeping needs to be improved. As the bed was not make, floor not vacuum and tissue box which we used all the tissue on the 6th Night was not refill until the day we leave the residence.
Air-con in the room is not cooling; outdoor seems to be more cooling. Weather in May is not cold but cooling, however in the room we woke up a few times due to the “warm” air-con.
Otherwise, is ok!
Tips for those who intend to use the washing machine in the room, there is only 2 hangers in the room, so you might have to bring your own hangers.
Breakfast includes sandwich, coffee & milk, to collect at the convenience store beside the lobby.
Near to the Chungmuro Station, Exit no. 8, is about a 5 – 7 minutes’ walk from the exit.
Despite of the cleanliness issue and air-con that is not cooling, I might still stay at this residence for the great location! However, hopes that the cleanliness will be improve…

The triple room was smaller than the double room and the rate was higher.
Doesn't make sense in proportion to a 2 and a 3 persons room.
Breakfast was actually a light snack.
Should be listed in the booking process.
Sort of fast food in a paper bag type.

It was very nice. It was pretty close to dong-dae-moon shopping malls. About 15 min walking distance. Staffs were very helpful and friendly. Only two things I didn't like were 1) it seems like there were mold near the ceiling. My room had a high ceiling so i couldnt check it but it looked like it. 2) when it rains it gets pretty noisy.
Things you should know
1) you can't make outgoing calls with the phone in the room. Its for front desk only.
2) you need to rent kitchenware
