I stayed one week in this hotel which is impressed me. Every front desk staff I met is very polite to clients and shows the better education and strict training. It was my first travel to korea and got a pleasent experience by staying this hotel.
Just one suggestion to hotel management level: When staff or housekeeping want to enter into the client's room, it is better to knock at the door in advance instead of directly opening the door. Please do not suppose nobody in the room. I got such surprise TWO times when I was in Doulos.
Lovely hotel, finally!
Hotel Feature Tip:
Two cholocate and two bottles of mineral water including one Evian, very nice!
Toothbrush, shampoo, slippers, shower cap, lotion and hair dryer all ready in the rest room.
The wonderful location to easily get to subway by 2mintues and airport shuttle bus.
The traditional restraurants and food kiosks around the hotel provide us with the delicious foods.

Wonderful English-speaking staff but small rooms
Good location convenient for airport bus, value for money, welcoming staff eager to please

very reasonable rates for small but comfortable rooms. the staff are very well-trained, greet you warmly when you come in and go out, very helpful at breakfast. though it's self-service, they are always ready to help you clear your tray and attend to your needs. we didn't mind the small rooms as the bathroom was large enough and heating adequate. what dismayed us was on finding our room door not properly closed, apparently by the cleaning staff, so anyone could have come in and taken away our belongings. luckily our luggage was quite safe and nothing was missing but this gives guests a very insecure feeling, for that reason will think twice about staying here again even though everything else was fine. also, the bathroom light suddenly went off while i was bathing and i had to ask my mum outside to try to switch it on again.
Hotel Feature Tip:
A bit hard to find at first as taxi-driver only stopped us at Insadong and we had to get detailed directions from the very helpful Tourist Promotion Board staff stationed at Insadong in the middel of the busy street.

Not value for money, room is so small
6.7
We stayed in Duolos for 3 nights. The staff were friendly but we were having a hard time talking with them in English. The hotel is so pricey considering the room is so small, u will definitely bump with each other if you walk inside the room.
We were disappointed with the hotel because they didn't allow us to have an additional person in the room even we want pay an additional head. We were 5 during our trip so its quite pricey if we pay an additional room for just 1 person only.
In terms of their food, it was so great. We really enjoy the buffet breakfast especially the pastries. It was so delicious!

Stay there for 2 nights, it's a very small hotel, but location is very central, besides it's in a back alley of the street. Close to Airport Bus stop, shopping and everything.
Hotel staff speaks very good English, and handling everything with a smile.
Rooms are small, but very clean with all the amenities.
Breakfast is simple but good and nutrients.
Would certainly go back and stay

Delightful small hotel
clean, excellent service, wonderful breakfast buffet, Christian hospitality

This is a great value hotel in central Seoul. The rooms are tiny, but adequate. The mattress is a bit hard for our tastes, but still ok. The only request I would have before my next visit would be a reading lamp.
Travel tip:
Highly recommend!
