Cute clean hotel for the price

Clean, excellent location, good service. Other folks trying to get a room when we were checking in were quoted almost double what I paid though, still good value.
Travel tip:
try to get a map ahead of time from hotel. From Jogno-3 subway exit 14/15 try to find the small pharmacy shop right after getting up to the street and go down the tiny alley next to it. Easiest to find hotel this way.

This hotel is located conveniently in the best part of town. It is walking distance to Insadong (shopping) and gyeongbokgung Palace. The rooms are small, but they have everything you need. My room was equipped with robes,slippers,tioletries. Free bottled water too. The bed was comfortable-feather pillows, yes!
The staff was very friendly. They held my bag for me after I checked out so I could explore town a bit more before my departure. Also, the breakfast had a nice variety and was quite tasty.

Convenience as it is located close to Jongro 3 Ga station, also with airport bus bus stop that you can easily arrive there from Airport.
The free wifi is great
And there are many shops and restaurant that foreigners can easily be survived.

Small little hotel but warm staff

Doulos Hotel is abt 3 mins walk to the nearest subway station. However, it is surrounded by a lot of messy little small shops. So, even the taxis have problems reaching the doorstep of this hotel.
The staff are warm and friendly, unlike the previous Best Western Seoul Garden hotel that I've stayed for 2 nights before moving to Doulos Hotel.
It is also a short 5 mins walk to Jump, which I prefer this show than Nanta. It is also a short 10 mins walk to Insa-dong.
Hotel Feature Tip:
There are 2 stalls between the Hotel & the subway station that sells BBQ fish. They do not have any menu in English, but you can just point the type of fish you like and they would gladly serve it to you.

The room is very small and cleanliness done very well. The only unsatisfaction matter was the buffet breakfast. Start from 7am to 9am. This period is too short. At least it should end at 10am.
The location of the hotel quite good cause nearby the Jogno-3ga subway station.

Great Location... just a little difficult to find

We stayed for 5 nights in April and enjoyed our stay. Once we found the hotel with some help from locals, we found the hotel to be clean, staff were friendly, location was great. We stayed in a deluxe double and although the room was a little small, it was comfortable and had everything we needed in it.

Good place, towncenter! Really nice people with good seevices. Room really clean and tidy! Nice bathroom.
The room was too small for two people! Really small!
The breakfast is good, buffet with plenty of foodstuffs!

Small but clean & convenient

we arrived late around 10:30pm by using airport train & subway from seoul station to the hotel. check in was hassle free by just showing the hotel staff our hotel voucher. room was small but clean. aircond was a little bit noisy but we're too tired to bother. breakfast was o.k. though only a limited choice were available.
getting around was easy as the subway station is only 5 minutes walk away. eating was no problem as plenty of restaurant around the area. there are convenient stores also. so, having no problem if you would like to have midnight snack.

Rooms are very, very small and difficult for two people with luggage to move around.
Shopping Tip:
Seoul is a very expensive city.

It is very clean, comfortable and will provide for all your basic needs. The room we stayed was small but perfectly comfortable. It is in a good convenient area although a little difficult to initially find. The staff were extremely nice, very courteous and helpful with all our requests. My recommendation: definitely.
