we booked for 11 nights; after the first 3 nights we wanted to change hotel: small hard beds (spring box without the mattress!), threadbare blanket, the cleanliness was questionable and 2 small toilets cum bathrooms that are constantly wet, serving more than 20 rooms!, cramped living spaces, corridors were filled with drying stands for clothes and towels, dust were all over the air ducts, I can go on and on…

Average. Not for fussy traveller, but if you are only looking for a very very basic room for sleeping only, it shall suffice. Room is pretty small.

It's was quite hard to find because its located in very small alley you might have not notice the sign, but locations around there are fully covered with entertainment shopping historic area n close to city hall subway the map of their guesthouse isn't that clear I will prefer taxi from airport to them is way more easier or a bus from airportn drop u at the bus stop in front of the Mary n u just cross the street walk a little n get there

Was OK. The room was tiny, but that is fine, especially for the price. Great location and for me it was easy to find. What did bother me a bit was the lack of cleanliness in my room. I understand a budget guest house is not going to be perfect, however I would be curious to know if the room had actually been cleaned since the previous guest departed. The bathroom in particular was scummy and had a bad smell. It needed a thorough clean with a heavy duty bleach, as it should get everyday. Who knows, maybe they do....but i doubt it. I don't want to be overly negative as it was a good price.

I am a solo traveler and I stayed at this hotel for 5 days. The location is very convenient because it is strategically located in central Seoul. It's near Namdaemun Market, The Subway station (Hoehyeon Station) and Bus stops. If you want to know more about the experiences I had for this trip I will be blogging about it.

An ok budget option 10 minutes walk from Seoul Station. Rooms are tiny but comfy with tv ( some movies/cop shows in English ) and fridge. Shower room/wc also a bit small. Staff were friendly. Wifi in rooms & free usage of computer in kitchen. Breakfast consists of a loaf of sliced white bread and a large jar of jam left out 24 hours next to toaster. Handy for a snack but it's no breakfast. Easy to hear any noises early morning like inconsiderate guests who talk in the hallway at 6.30 am.
