Poor value for the money, staff service was poor and did not try to come up with solutions for issues, stingy with towels and other amenities. Staff was not genuinely friendly and hospitable.

Pet-friendly! A rarity in Seoul
Pets allowed. Very convenient location. Superior service.

We stayed at Fraser Place only because we traveled from the U.S. with our pet dog, and had to find a pet-friendly place to stay until we could find rental housing. My husband is U.S. military and we are here in Seoul on a two-year deployment. We (my husband, myself and our little dog!) were all so comfortable at Fraser Place that we were reluctant to leave, and would happily recommend it to anyone and everyone. Especially anyone traveling with their pets!
