Enjoyed the stay at the hotel - particularly its easy access to public transportation (eg airport bus drop-off and pick-up is in front of the hotel).
However, please ask the front desk to give you the card which provides a detailed directions(in Korean) on the location of the hotel. This comes in very handy when taking taxis in Seoul, as not many cab drivers are aware of the existance of this hotel.
Restaurant Tip:
Ask the concierge for directions to the famous Korean ginseng chicken soup restaurant, located about 8-10 minutes walk from the hotel

Great lcoation, great room

it was our first time to stay at a fraser place serviced apartment hotel. we thought we were just going to stay in the usual hotel like atmosphere but we were pleasantly surprised because it was like "home away from home". the one bedroom suite we chose was very spacious, had plenty of cabinets, two bathrooms and toilet. it also provided a good view of the street and flyover. since we were on the 16th floor, we could leave the windows open and not be disturbed by the traffic happening on the street. it was conveniently located and boasted of a 7-11 store at the back. we wouldn't mind staying there again during our next visit to seoul.

Faser Place is a mix of hotel and serivced appartment; the staff was most helpful and friendly; we had a one bedroom appartment which was convenient and clean; the street faced rooms are a bit noisy.

Located just 600m from Seoul Station may lead to complaints from taxi drivers if you arrived by airport train (airport bus 6005 reaches the hotel door at interval of 45mins).
A little bit noisy with rooms in early morning facing the railways, when the trains get into service, (with air-con on is no problem).
Equipment lending a bit limited, eg. only one umbrella even in a family room accommodates 4 people.

what i love the most about fraser place central is the room very spacious. we booked a one bed room suite and it comes with a huge bedroom, 2 bathroom and full utensils of a serviced apartment. location may not be as good as myeongdong but city hall is also very central. aiport bus is also just in front of the hotel. the letdown maybe there is no wifi in the room.
Restaurant Tip:
The korean restaurant behind Fraser Place (next to 7 eleven) serves a nice korean dishes.

Fraser Hotel in Central Seoul is a clean, spacious, updated hotel in a great location. It is close to the subway station and the train station. There is a kitchenette with a large refrigerator. There is a washer/dryer combination. The suite allowed privacy between us. We had all the amenities of home. The suite is large; we will gladly return

Better than expected! The 4 of us stayed in a 2 bedroom suite which had a Very spacious floor plan, full-sized kitchen, plasma TVs, etc. The master bedroom had a queen sized bed while the other had a twin and there was also a sofa bed. The workout facility was great, along w/ the indoor pool and coffee shop downstairs was a nice perk! Highly recommend! Id stay there again if I make it back to Seoul!! My ONLY complaint is that the hotel actually shut off the air conditioning inside the apt because it was April and still cool outside! I like to sleep cold and therefore had to sleep w/ the windows open (and loud traffic noise) to stay comfortable..

the staff have good english standard and easy to communicate; Kitchen facilities very well-equipped; the studio flat is quite small and the toilet is the smallest one I have ever seen; quite noisy from outside traffic even in late night

no smile at the reception lady..
cleaning staff and bell boys are friendly. pool was excellent.

The reception staff(lady) was always no smile.
She just gave me a wifi pass-code without say anything when i asked her. also check in and check out.
However she could spoken in English well.
If she said only 'here you are' with her beautiful smile,it make people so happy. its not so difficult thing, right?
but every time she never smile..
I saw some comments like this but no changed.
I'm wondering if the manager has never check the customers comments. Lazy!!!!
Sorry but I have to say that the Frazer suites is much much better than Fraser Central.
