The Tourist may need to get a proper map and show the Airport Bus counter to ensure we get down at the right place. I took the bus which did not stop at right bus station and i took a taxi which does not know the right location

Overall, a business hotel that is located near City Hall Station. From City Hall Station you could easily get to most of the key places in Seoul.
Breakfast was average and rooms are okay with warm toilets and a proper shower. Welcome kit could help with more comprehensive information about the hotel and its surroundings. The service, along with its buffet breakfast organization (and logistics) are their weakest links.
The service attitude was good but staff could have done so much more for a more memorable stay. Hence until that was done, this is not recommended for a highlight or finale stay but rather a base of some sorts (but then again, hostels and cheaper hotels are out there to do that, sometimes even better).

Average Hotel at Best.

I picked this place for my last two nights in South Korea, hoping it would be a memorable stay. At first, the hotel seemed alright with a rather spacious studio room but there are several minor issues that became an annoyance, enough to ruin the stay.
Some of the issues I encountered in the stay include a poorly informed concierge that isn't proactive enough, the overworked and over-packed restaurant that became disorganized during the peak hours for breakfast in the morning, complimentary shuttle bus to Seoul station only runs on Sundays, not being informed about non-smoking and smoking rooms, a wifi that requires change of username and password unless you stay for 7 days or longer, a keycard that failed to work on my 2nd day and a cracked glass.
While the management has responded and apologized upon receiving my feedback on the second day, I felt it wasn't enough, they could have done more beyond an apology and taking down the feedback. It is a pity as the service attitude was there with friendly attitude and all but lacked the extra mile that could turn a disaster into a sweet memory.
Overall, the rooms are okay (but it could still get pretty cold during winter), they have a decent kitchen and adequate but not stellar breakfast buffet (if you are early). Location is okay too considering that its near City Hall Station. (Seoul Station is slightly further)
Hotel Feature Tip:
Be sure to ask for what kind of room you want during checking in and go for breakfast before 7-8 am. During peak hours, the restaurant is like a food court : you have to find your own seat because the staff are busying clearing the tables.

beautiful and well appointed hotel
the hotel is conveniently located for getting around town. the rooms are comfortable and luxurious.

a fully serviced appartment (with washer/dryer, very handy at the end of a long trip), Fraser Place was the perfect accommodation for my whistle-stop in Seoul. the airport shuttle bus stops right in front of the hotel (at 10,000 KRW, a Very Affordable way to get.to and from the airport.) it was only a 5 minute walk to the Cheong Deok Palace, and a 10 minute walk to the Seoul City Bus tour - a hop on, hop off tour that was my basis to sightseeing, as I was so pressed for time.
The staff in the hotel were friendly, efficient and very helpful.

A great place for your business and family stays. Bus 6005 direct from airport to front door, resteraunts and stores close by, City Hall, department stores and market 20 min walk from location. Great value for money and staff very friendly, efficient and helfpful.
Restaurant Tip:
Nice Korean BBQ resteraunt directly behind back door, good price and value.
