Home feel from the Hotel's facade, to the room itself up to the very friendly staffs. We stayed here almost a week and its just great to relax and come home to the hotel after a very tiring day of tour.

This was a great place to stay in seoul, definitely the best hotel I have stayed at in South korea so far. Insadong and the surrounds are great for exploring, sight seeing and eating! Attentive, polite and English speaking staff made this my hotel of choice for my return trips to Seoul

i stayed at Fraser Suites insadong 7 nights with our family in 3 bedroom suite. it's very comfortable, large and clean room. we can cooked at the kitchen and can wash & dry our clothes with washing machine. it's have fresh market many restaurants and shopping area near the residence. we will choose to stay here again when i come back to Korea again.

Beautiful view from windows of 18 floor; good location in center Seoul; availability to stay with infant and everything arranged for that in Fraser Suites Insadong Seoul Residence.

We have an enjoyable stay

The only setback is we couldn't check in early as our flight arrived Incheon airport at 6.35am and arrived hotel at almost 9am. Eventhough I have requested for early check in, managed to get our suite only at 1pm.

I liked the room and the place was close to the subwaystations but there are few things i didn't like:
1. hard access to the airport
2. hard to get taxi (they dont call taxi for you, they can only call taxi that are expensive black ones
3. some rude and unfriendly staff

High level of services and the room is huge!
Room size, pool and kids room. don't forget the hotel is right in front of shopping destrict.

The hotel is one of the iconic buildings in the region so it is very easy to find from outside along the shopping area. With 2 small kids, we got upgraded to 3 bedrooms without any request. Very recommended to all travelers.

I wish that they still offered a complimentary breakfast, you have to pay now, so that was disappointing, however, their dinner for room service was exceptional. We ordered the chicken salad and chicken kabobs, they were amazing! Better than any food you can get in Insadong and not expensive. It is a great area to stay within walking distance to Insadong, the large palace and Myeongdong.
