Hotel is near subway & bus stations. Taxis are always available. Also has some restaurants and cafes nearby. Maid service is everyday.
Mosquitos bit me the first night, but got mosquito repellant and didn't have any more problems. No good shopping areas nearby.
The hotel was clean and very convenient for short term stay. The subway station was about four blocks away and the bus station was about one block away. The restaurants and cafes nearby were also convenient. The room had a fridge but no stove so long term stay is not convenient. Maid service was everyday which was also nice. I felt safe but there was a lot of noise outside and I saw a fight. Men loitered around outside late at night...I assumed they were guests. Parking was inconvenient and any guests that I had, had to park on the sidewalk.
Shopping Tip : Take the subway...much cheaper than using taxi service and much faster.

Location is easy to find:out Nambu and keep walking straight. 5th floor is quiet now. Beds comfy and room clean. Loved the clawfoot bathtub.
Room was small, rather overpriced. TV reception is grainy.
No English-speaking person on the desk morning or evening. It's a little off the beaten track and away from action. I won't be staying there again. Can find a better deal. If you're worried about where to stay, it's a good choice for cleanliness, but more expensive than should be for what you get.
Shopping Tip : Large shopping mall within walking distance and a nice grocery store.

Good location near many food shops selling both local and foreign branded cuisine. Good location of about 10 min walk to the Underground, which I used as a hub to explore almost the whole of Seoul. Friendly
staff albeit a little limited English understanding.
But overall made my stay enjoyable.
Room a little small. Located a little too close (in my opinion) to a place with call-girls.
Easy to locate as most of the locals seem to know the place. Best of all is the location of all the food shops nearby. Transportation of the budget sort is available via buses or taxis in front of the hotel and the excellent Korean subway was a mere 10-minute walk away. By the way a visit to the nearby police station provided me with more information about visiting Korea than any websites or tourist advisory. Kudos to a Sgt. Kim. I will be staying here again when I visit Korea in January.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Need good info? Exit hotel turn left walk about 350 meters to the neighborhood police station and ask.
The policemen there speak English and are 100% helpful.
