My stay at Gangnam Artnouveaucity Residence was very pleasant. The staffs were friendly and could communicate in English very well. The location is within walking area to the subway, which is very convenient for transportation. The hotel is easy to find and there are restaurants and cafes nearby. It is also close to shopping center. The room is very comfortable, not as decorative as advertised but still luxurious. The internet is extremely fast. There're pantry, kitchen equipments, washing machine, oven, and microwave. The closet is very wide and can store lots of clothes. Overall, I cannot yet find a flaw in the stay in this hotel.

A beautiful stay, out of this world, classy luxury
Gave us an upgrade, spacious suite, awesome kitchen and storage. Looked penthouse and livable for a long period of time

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It's like entering into another opulent world. For the great price we paid, we got so much value. Felt pampered and looked after. Friendly staff, Internet is fast and complementary. For first timers in Korea, it made us want to come back.
