A very good hotel for business and travel.
Staff can speak very good English! Their service is perfect!

It's a perfect business hotel with good facilities but it's not very good for budget traveler. It's because the hotel is located in a hill. We need to walk up to the hill from the subway station with the baggages, it makes me so tired.
Nightlife Tip:
The hotel is very close to Dongdaemum, only 15-20 min walking distant. Can walk to Dongdaemum to spend whole night shopping.

apart from the minor confusion during check-in due to language, the overall experience was good. the room was clean and decently sized. the hotel is located near city hall station and all the attractions for shopping, eating and sightseeing, making it ideal for business travellers for weekend to spare.

Nice Hotel for BusinessTrip

I had 2 nights stay at Grand Ambassador Seoul associated with Pullman. The hotel is located near underground station but a bit far from town. The staff is nice and friendly.The room is clean and excellent. Next stay if I will be there.

Not long enough. Great market down the road, ask at the desk. Very close to the subway station which is user friendly. Able to leave your baggage at reception after check out to go shopping. Dont bother with the Lotte shopping centre.

We went to Seoul during the peak period - Oct 1-9. Many hotels, including the 5 stars, were fully booked. I'm guessing many Chinese visited Korea during the week-long national holiday. We were able to find 2 nights at the Grand Ambassador with Agoda. (We stayed somewhere else on the other nights.)
The hotel is a little far to walk to Myeongdong and many tourist places. The hotel is located to the southeast of Myeongdong. Namdaemun market is too the west. Insadong, palaces, Jongmyo Shrine, Bukchon Hanok Village are too the north. From the hotel, it would take at least 25-30 min to walk to these places at normal pace.
The room and the facilities are nice as would be expected from a high-end hotel.

From the Grand Ambassador you can reach most areas of the city for less than 10 USDs of cab fare. Insadong and Myongdong are actually very walkable; I recommend walking or taking the subway to these places because traffic in Seoul is often quite bad.

good view, nice and neat setting, good staff to assist you, convenient to the metro station, convenient to airport as the coach stop right at the entrance

Comfort stay in this hotel after business meeting. Good view to relax as the hotel is located at the hill that you will have a top over view to the city. Nice sunset. Staff is so helpful and polite to answer your questions in good english.
