I need to extend my business trip , I prefer stay in Grand Ambassodor more than stay in Noveltel Kangnam as my company used to live in.
All staffs are helpful and nice. I will be there next time for sure!

I will choose this hotel if I went to Seoul again for sure!

Good location, 5 stars is overrated though
Location is very nice, and its a well-established hotel that everyone knows. Everything is ok about it.

I knew it didn't have free wifi, but still I found that a big drawback. Its 16500 won for 24 hours, and what are you going to do without internet?
The location is super, really accessible to all the places a tourist in Seoul would want to go. The staff were nice. We checked out the buffet restaurant in the lobby, but that's not good value for money. Most Korean restaurants outside are just sooo good.
I'd recommend the hotel and would consider staying there again, mostly because it's not that expensive for a reliable hotel.
BIG recommendation to the hotel: Let people get free wifi, this is 2010!

like last time, i enjoy out stay in this hotel as all the staff there are polite and they can speak English fluently. Besides, the room is clean and tidy. But we are quite disappointed that internet service need to be charged and it is quite costly that it cost more than a hundred dolloar (HKD) for 24 hours. As we think internet service is very common nowsday, we strongly suggested that this hotel could provide free internet service in the future.
Shopping Tip:
10 minutes to myeongdong by taxi.

we were talking the airport bus to and from airport/hotel, it only cost us won14,000.00, it cut off all uncessary up & down times from the subway station. if we were taking subway, it will cause lots of problem since we were carrying three considerable big baggage. on the otehr hand hotel also provides a free shuttle bus to main shopping area. most of the hotel staff are friendly and good in english as well. we haev found this hotel is worth for staying in again.

We stayed in a double room. The room is quite small but the view is ok. We could view the Seoul Tower from our hotel room. The hotel is not located in the most popular toursit district. However, there was convenient shuttle bus service to the main tourist spots. The staff were very helpful and supportive. The best thing was that the bus to airport did stop at this hotel.

Quality establishment with top shelf room, at least mine was. This was an upgrade from the regular double and it was comfortable indeed. The location was kind of awkward although not too far from action if you hop in a cab, or use the shuttle bus. The courtesy bus drops you in Myeung-dong which is about 5 - 10 minutes away. At night i went with the cabs which were dirt cheap, seriously cheap. Friendly staff in the hotel, although i hate the idea of paying for room internet!

The hotel is clean and tiny. Staffs are helpful. Easy to access for taxi, bus, relax and close to most of the shopping and other sightseeing. Nighttime was great with lots of restaurant around the lake. Affordable and reasonable price.
Hotel room is reasonable size.
Hotel should be provide free internet access.

One airport bus from Incheon stops at the hotel -
Big, wide range of restaurants, nice pool, 5 minute downhill walk to metro station

A good base to see Seoul from at a reasonable (Agoda) price. Metro close by and so shopping easy. Room comfortable and modern. All in all, a place to return to the next time I am in Seoul - but I will limit my internet use and not use the laundry service!
