Good service with nice staffs, they always willing to serve. Comfortable and clean room, especially bed and mattress, Have sufficient bathroom accessories necessary to use. Good location, near subway, shopping center, department store and city airport.

we had a splendid stay at this hotel. the staff were very helpful and friendly and the accommodation was excellent, spacious and very comfortable. an added bonus, is the location of the hotel, if you desire a shopping spree or a coffee shop, there is the coex mall right next door.

I chose the Intercontinental grand, for my first stay in Seoul. I have stayed in a number of 5 star hotels across Asia pacific and when I arrived at this hotel, It automatically ticked all the boxes.
I was staying in one of their Junior Suites and I must say, while the decor was aging a bit there was a lot of space and the bed is very comfortable.
The bathroom felt a little dated, in fact the majority of the room felt like a hotel from the early 90's.
Access to the club lounge was nice, good views and good selection.
I would probably avoid spending this much money on this hotel again in the future and if I am going to stay in that part of Seoul I believe the Hyatt would be a far better choice.
It was an OK experience, certainly not 5 star.
Unless you constantly wear a suit around the hotel you will start to feel out of place, even the staff will treat you differently. Which does begin to show and considering everyone's dollar is the same, they should not create such a feeling.
In general, although friendly the staff need to realize that everyone paying to stay at their hotel is the same, regardless of how they dress. They need to come out of the late 80's with their decor and probably modernize the whole place a little bit.
