Solo travelers Australia, January 21, 2013	Value for money, with a great hotel owner Value for money, Friendly hotel owner, good surrounding restaurants 9.3 the hotel owner is very friendly and willing to help travellers beyond what is asked. the surrounding locations are safe and very easy to find a good restaurant, or a nearby supermarket. the hotel is also 2 subway distance away from a vibrant student district. only downside is the hotel's distance to subway (around 25min walking distance), but the hotel owner is always available by phone to pick you up from the hongkik subway station.
