The room is quite big and all the staff are friendly.
The only a bit problem was taxi is not easy to find the hotel location because the place is not in their GPS maps.

Cosy rooms buy bad location

The room was cosy and nice and even fully equipt with hair sprays and gels and so far the only hotel in Korea where staff can speak fluent english. Unfortunately location was the only issue where we have to climb up the hill and most taxi wouldnt drive up to the hotel.
Travel tip:
Try taking the silver white or black taxis as they are more friendly compared to the orange taxis. Most of the time they tend to help send nearer towards the hotel.

Worst hotel experience in my travel life

This hotel is definitely one of the worst stay I have ever had in my whole travel life. Here's the highlight:
* There was only one lift and it can barely hold three adult with a luggage. The most tiny lift I have ever seen.
* Door lock was nearly broken. We were so concern the security but the staff said they could not change the lock until after weekend.
* There was only one female staff working in the lobby.
* We had to give the key back to her when we walked out.
* Breakfast was just a joke: Just two slice of white bread and fried egg. No other choices!
* Location is not good, it was dark long walk from shopping at night. Even a 5 minute short walk, you would be scared from the dark corridor and feel so insecured.
* No taxi driver know where this hotel was and we got kicked out from the taxi three times after showing this hotel business card to them wanting them to drive us there.
After just two night stay, we decided to stay out of it.
Normally I don't fill in that negative comment as such but this one...I feel I have to tell all potential travellers. If you are on budget, it is better to stay in love hotel or on street!
Hotel Feature Tip:
Bring your own security because the door has a broken lock and everybody can go to your floor.
I would recommend this hotel for fugitives only.

Beautiful rooms, friendly staff

We stayed here with our 2 children 7 and 2 years old. It is located nearby the local market and lots of restaurants and cafes. Transportation is easy it can be reached from both Inchoen and Gimpo airports by subway and from Seoul station is about 10 minutes walk.
The room was big with good choice of TV channels,Wifi is available in the lobby and simple egg breakfast is available from 8 - 10 am
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
If you go to the nearby cable car to Seoul tower beware it doesnt open until 10am

Great location with very spacious room

The size of the room is so big that is totally unexpected. It is very near to the Myongdong area. It is also very easy to go to the top of Seoul Tower. Not as others stated, the hotel is not so difficult to find. There are a few BBQ restaurant around. I will definitely to stay there again if I go to Seoul next time.

The hotel is very close to the Myongdong shopping area. The room is so big with spacious bath room. It is also easy to reach the Seoul tower from this hotel. Staff are nice and helpful. I would recommend people this hotel and I will stay in this hotel next time in Seoul.

Taxi driver found it hard to fond the place. Maybe need better signs. Bathroom lights quite dim. That said location was very convenient, nearby subway, shoppIng centre and namsan.

Location of hotel is good but it is quite difficult to find
Airport Bus stop is quite far if you have a big lugguage, you should take a taxi which the hotel is on the small hill
Front Receiption is very welcome
Breakfast is good enough ( No meat )
I think the price is worthiness and will recommend my friend to be there.
Shopping Tip:
Just go down from hotel and cross the road, you will see Gate 4 of Numdamum market, then you can walk around 50 m, you will see a lot of choice on Children wear.
And right hand side will be Myendong market where it is suitable to walk in the evening

Small hotel but with big service

the hotel was quite near to the subway and the plus is that it is near to some of the famous shopping destination like namdaemun market and myeongdong. another plus of the hotel is that the hotel staff is good in english which is convenient for those non-korean speaking like us to ask around. great service. definitely will stay at the hotel again if we had the chance to go korea again.
