it's a love hotel
NEAR MTR STATION, EASY TO FIND DIFFERENT RESTAURANT

THIS IS A LOVE HOTEL, WHICH MEANS NOT REALLY FOR TOURIST.... LIKE A MOTEL
STAFF IS RUDE, I NEVER SEEN ANOTHER COUNRTY PPLS IN THIS HOTEL, ALL ARE KOREAN
AND IT IS QUITE DIRTY, BUT IT NEAR TRAIL STATION AND CONVENIENCE STORE.
I WILL NOT RECOMMAND MY FD TO CHOOSE THIS HOTEL ANYWAY.

Mediocre
The room wasn't smokey, it had a bathtub, and the internet was fast.

It's essentially a love motel. If you're just looking for a place to stay without the bells and whistles this the place. I was hoping for something a little nicer for the price. The pictures online are a bit deceiving and we still had to wait to check in well after our check-in time. It's closer to a two-star motel.

乾淨衛生...電視夠大...房間設計很有條理...有風筒,沐浴露,洗頭水,護髮素,毛巾,梳,bodylotion,水壺等...只是無牙膏牙刷...仲有小小的雪櫃...但內裡的飲品不用另收費..(因朋友開了飲用,隔天room service再補上,到走都不用另收費)...酒店大堂都有供應水,咖啡,水杯,爆米花...wifi訊號良好...廁所和浴室分開..是玻璃門的...房內亦有兩部電腦...而酒店對面就是地鐵站,便利店,漢堡包店...晚上也有小食檔如炒年糕,烤全隻雞...
由機場搭地鐵到新村站也差不多一小時左右...很方便...中途要轉車但不會麻煩...新村7號出口...出站直行對面便很清楚看到酒店...斜路真的斜但不長...或可選擇過馬路後右邊也有入口行樓梯上大堂...另外那天剛好有房...早上八時多便可立即check in...check out是下午一點

Stylish hotel, great location.

Stayed here 2 nights at the end of a trip to Seoul in January 2013. Was impressed by the size and style of the room given the price. The room had a large TV, 2 computers and a very large spa bath. It is conveniently located near a major intersection in the hip university enclave of Sinchin. Nearby you'll find lots of food options, the metro station and even a massive Hyundai department store. Would certainly stay here again.
Hotel Feature Tip:
As this may possibly be a love hotel. You can simply place your key in a basket in the elevator to check out with ease.

Good location, near Sinchon Subway.

Delux rooms are much better than the standard rooms as they have a bigger area. Didnt really expected much from a budget hotel but this delux room really impressed. Clean hotel and very convenient area. Just 5 minutes or less walk from Sinchon station. Area is a university town with Yonsei University just nearby and Ewha and Hongdae area just a stop in either directions via subway.
Tip: if you are travelling to nearby places like to Hongdae or Ewha from Sinchon, taking a cab in 3s or 4s would be cheaper than the subway which charges a minimum of KRW1050 for a subway trip(assuming you are using T-Money card).

Hotel has fantastic location. Right smack in the middle of
Sinchon walking distance to Sinchon shopping area and one stop away from Hongdae and Ewha area which provides best value for shopping in Seoul. Hotel may seem a little doggy but pretty good if you are just looking for a budget hotel.

Hotel is about 45 mins by bus from the airport.
Taxi rank right outside the hotel always helpful.
The Shinchon metro station is only 1 minutes walk away
Staff dont speak a lot of English so a translation app on a phone will be very handy.
Wi-fi works well and free.
TV is large
Floor is heated for winter months.
Room could be a little more cleaner found dust occasionally.

Handily located "Love Motel"

The staff spoke minimal English, if that is a problem. My room was reasonably big, and comfortable, although the bed was the mattress on the floor type, so be warned if you are not used to that setup. There was a computer and large TV, all hooked up to the sound system in the room for entertainment.
The immediate area around the hotel is pretty quiet, but Sinchon station is only 2 minutes walk, and then you are in the Hongdae area. The location is the best selling point.
Nightlife Tip:
Hongdae is near by, the best area in Seoul for nightlife.
