Solo travelers Singapore, May 19, 2013	OK stay but some aspects disappointed Free wireless internet connection, great TV selection and reasonable price 5.3 My expectations were most likely raised by the great internet reviews I read about this hotel - its great location and friendly staff. However, my first impression was not fantastic as the airport limousine bus did not stop that near the hotel, and I had to find my way by navigating the narrow alleys in front of it. The lady who greeted me at the reception counter was one of the high points of my stay. She was friendly and spoke English really well. The rest of the reception staff tried their best but I was perplexed by some of their responses especially when the cleaning staff inadvertently threw away some empty travel items I had left lying in the room. The room was really very small, with inadequate shelving, wardrobe space and lighting. I guess you get what you pay for - the price is really quite reasonable. The choice of TV channels and the free wireless internet connection was great though. Nights get really noisy because of the restaurants and bars near the hotel.

Solo travelers Cyphrus, May 11, 2013	Very clean, artistic and comfortable hotel Unique artistic designed rooms, extremely helpful and friendly staff, closed to public transportation and COEX shopping center. 9.7 It was the best hotel we have stayed during our two-week holidays in S. Korea. We loved the room ambient, the comfortable beds, the artistic atmosphere and the cleanliness. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They did everything for us and we felt like we were special guests. The location of the hotel is also great. It is very closed to COEX Shopping center, to subway and Gangnam station is only a stop away. Also in walking distance is the Bongeunsa Temple and the Seonjeongneung Royal Tombs. Overall it was an amazing experience and we loved everything about this hotel!
