Nice, clean budget hotel
Ideal location (if planning to spend most of time in Kangnam), affordable, quiet and clean

I stayed here for 10 days, and I didn't have any problems. It's ideal if you are just looking for a place to crash thats affordable. The hotel is a 10 minutes walk to the nearest subway station (Yeoksam). I would only recommend this place if if you are planning to spend most of your time in Kangnam. Bit of a pain to get to Kangbuk. One thing I didn't like was the lack of dining options in the area.

This was my second time staying at this hotel and I enjoyed it!
Sometimes I find regular hotel rooms a little suffocating, but for the same price, you can stay at what feels like "home".
Since this is a serviced apartment the rooms are a little bit larger and has amenities that a regular hotel room wouldnt have.

renovations are for this place and new appliances but the size of the service apartment is large. not the best location from the subway in winter but you make do for the price.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Use of telephone in the apartment is affordable but do confirm with them.

The hotel was located really good. It was about 10 minutes walk from subway station and/or transport to and from airport. There was also a convenience store just next to hotel. And 2 more just 3 minutes away. The staff was friendly and nice. The room was small, but big enough for two persons. The room had heated floor, wifi internet and tv with a lot of channels. Also very clean when entered and housekeeping every 2~3 days.

well it's just a basic serviced residence. room is clean and well sized and you get easy access to the gangnam area (5 min walking). for the price you pay, i'd say it's a good place to stay if you are not with children. the building looks little off beat and looks shady once you get off the elevator from the lobby.

Hotel entrance is behind the building. There is a 7eleven at the lobby which makes your cooking easier. A bit high for the room you get though, I have stayed better hotels for similar rates.

only inside the room, it is not so bad as it has most of the things you need. subway station is walkable like 15 mins walk from the location. not much food option around the place except a convenience store on the ground floor and a very expensive korean restaurant on the building. budget stay in gangnam area.
