It's not in a tourist area, so it's kind of hard to find decent restaurants in the neighborhood. (The neighborhood is known for good cold noodles though.) Another weakness, at least for me, is that if you want to cook, you have to pay extra and rent pots and pans from the hotel. Also, the room doesn't have a dining table like other residence hotels that I stayed before, so it's kind of inconvenient to stay in for meals.
The hotel is clean and relatively new. The staff members are nice and friendly. Given the price, it's a good bargain.
The location might not be that ideal for ordinary tourists.
