Comfortable stay
The 3 best things about Hyundai Residence are its central location, large rooms equipped with modern appliances and polite staff.

Overall, my family enjoyed a comfortable stay at Hyundai Residence. It is close to a MetroRail station and within walking distance to a Traditional Market and Dongdaemun area.

Basically we stayed in the hotel just to rest and sleep. Beds are comfortable. Towels are clean. Toiletries are provided but not everyday. The family room we got is just alright for 4 which means that adding one more extra bed will be impossible. Cabinets are enough to put all the things.

the room was better than it looks in the pictures. a very clean large room with complete amenities of bath and body amenities, tissue, kitchennete, plasma tv, hair dryer, large refrigerator, and washing machine. the bedroom completed with one sofa bed, a very nice room for family! a complete kitchen set are rented for 2200 won for a day. the staff are fluent in english and very kind and helpful. pretty fast room service, but there is no room boy so you have to bring all your belongings by your self. taxi reservation can be done by the staff. the minus are no wifi in the room (wifi only at the lobby), 5-10 mins walk to nearest subway euljiro 4sa-ga, tough the hotel is near from every sightseeing from subway (just 1 up to 3 subway stops) the hotel surrounding location is quite especially in the night. the hotel is not very well known (even the hotel card doesn't help), so make sure you ask the staffs for hotel direction in korean, taxi drivers barely know the hotel location.

Cheap but not very convenient hotel
Warm floor, clean, large room size

Need 10-15 mins walk to subway. Location not easy to find even taxi driver have to call hotels several times to ask for location.

Very helpful and friendly front desk. Room is clean and spacious. 10 mins walk to subway. Walking distance to local markets. Only disadvantage is that there is no in-room wifi, only in lobby.
