Room small but very clean. Have everything you need for a stay. No room service or concierge services but front desk is helpful to answer all your needs.
Shopping Tip:
Lotte Shopping mall just cross the road.

Great Location but small rooms & bathrooms
the famous street of myeongdong is just down the hotel

Nice hotel, staff were so friendly they even let us stay until 2pm. They speak well in english. Room was ok, bathroom was soo small its like a airplane bathroom but the best part staying in this hotel shopping centers & restaurants are just walking distance.
Shopping Tip:
You will never missed the shopping centers, had fun shopping around
