Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.
We want you to pay the lowest possible rate for your room. If you have reserved a hotel room through Agoda, and then show us that you could book the same room, for the same dates, at a lower rate, that is viewable and bookable on another website, within 48 hours of booking your room with us, we will either match that rate or beat it. Very clean and comfortable room. Very kind staff.

Every hotel service is expensive, such as laundry. A shirt cost 8000 won is too much. It was 600yen which is 6000 won for a shirt laundry at New Otani hotel in Tokyo.

Over all, Imperial Palace hotel is very nice and comfortable. Good service. Coffee/tee in the lounge in front of the hotel entrance comes in a pot and with pastry (15000 won) is nice. It's far from where the actions take place such as Myondon and Namdemun, but the hotel is not far from the subway station.

Restaurant Tip : There are many local food restaurants around the hotel. Any restaurants in the hotel is very expensive, so better eat at the local restaurants, good quality but few staff speaks English.

It's sure that we can have the hotel when we go to the place. It's quite reasonable price.

less choices

The last hotel that i went is at South Korean at Imperial Palace Hotel, it was very nice hotel 5 stars hotel with reasonable price, I booked in last minute and get confirm easily. The service of hotel is really nice. The request that i asked such as check in early arount 10.00 a.m. and check out late at 2 p.m., I got everything that i have asked. The location of the hotel very convenience, the airport bus stop in front of the hotel and the hotel is in good area and near shopping place. The overall of the service i'm still happy on it.

Shopping Tip : The palace that lived in Seoul is call Gangnum which is the best place, people around that is quite educated, its called the residential of richer area and we can make sure that it's quite safe place, and also fashionable place as well

Real 5 Star Hotel.

Capacity of English communication was poor

Easy reach from the airport by limo, close to subway station, room is clean and quite, full of amenity, only complain is breakfast was a little bit too expensive.

Public rooms

The bedroom (room 813) was uncomfortable - out of date and badly furnished - the bed was hard and badly sprung it is not the facilty of a five star hotel - we got the impression that the hotel ws badly out of date - to be avoided

The bedroom (room 813) was uncomfortable - out of date and badly furnished - the bed was hard and badly sprung it is not the facilty of a five star hotel - we got the impression that the hotel was badly out of date - to be avoided the hotel is also not well situated - continental breakfast was expensive and consityed of coffee, orange juice and two slices of toast the public areas are quite magnificent but one does not live and sleep in those areas
