Hip, fun hotel in a great location !

Stayed here 2 nites in September and loved the location and rooms! The hallways off the elevator are very dark - looked like the lights were out - this is just the "ambiance". Had to get used to that but once I did - all was good. Initially felt the room was small but it has everything you could need - including a small desk area, vanity, and most fun of all a CRAZY toilet. And it's warm when you sit on it! Really fun for this American who is not used to that type of toilet! Overall- very enjoyable hotel.

the ip boutique hotel is located in the heart of itaewon, very close to a subway station and amidst dozens of restaurants, bars and cafes, not to mention a wide range of shops, from budget to top end. the hotel's decor is quite unique, the buffet restaurant of a high standard and the beds fantastic - lie down and you'll be asleep in minutes. definitely recommended.

Good location but small rooms

Hotel is located near a train station, which is very convenient. The room was a bit small, but clean. Wish there had been a few more outlets available so we could charge our devices. Hallways are extremely and unnecessarily dark. Did not try the restaurants in the hotel since there were so many eateries in the near vicinity. Would probably not stay here again just because Itaewon has a very active nightlife, which is not really our scene.

Nice interier of the hotel and rooms

Chek-in/out was fast. Deposit 10 000 won was deducted from my card and retutrned back after check-out (i didn't u'stand why they need deposit bz i was requested to pay for room telephone additionally). Hotel is clean with good service but the room is too small. It has nice design but walls of the toilet room made with glass made me feel little-bit uncomfortable. Bed in the room is big and comfortable. In the night time there are a lot of people in near bars and we could hear sound of night life even our roomwas on 11th foor. It is very uncomfortable.
A lot of shops, bars and restaurants arnd the hotel it is not a problem to eat and to buy someting. Locaion is abt 15 mins by car from the downtown and n-tower.
Hotel Feature Tip:
I dont recommend to stay in the hotel with children!

Stayed there for 4 nights in Itaewon and the location of the hotel is on the main street, walking distance to many restuarants, bars and clubs. Nice tourist place day and night to enjoy the different street scenery. Transport getting to and from airport is relatively easy by taking 45-60 minute coach ride, with the bus stop near the hotel. Transportation to the rest of the city like Gangnam, Myeundong and Dongdaemon, is within 15-20 minutes by taxi which costs less than. There is a train station nearby the hotel as well. The hotel staff is polite and helpful. Overall value for money.

Interesting hotel with immaculate service

Hotel is in a great location next to lots of nightlife and close proximity to points of interest in Seoul. Rooms are innovative but very comfortable with all mod cons. Staff handled the difficulties we had due to our party arriving at different times very well and were very friendly throughout our stay.

Great hotel and great service
Very friendly staff who work hard to make sure the stay is a pleasant one; decor is wonderfully appealing and 'funky'

The hotel is well situated with easy access to transport and some excellent restaurants. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and were quick to ensure my needs were met. The rooms, although not large, are more than adequate and have excellent bathrooms. I only ate at the restaurant in the hotel twice but both service and food were of the highest standards. The decor is modern and the cleanliness is second to none. If you re going to Seoul I would highly recommend this hotel
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Make sure you allow enough time to explore both the ancient and the modern sites of Seoul. They blend together so well and help you appreciate the city and it's people

Perfect hotel for travelers! Easy access to subway. Halal food is so easy to find. clubbing also here. Nightlife begin here. The hotel is great!
